    I'm sure some of you are familiar with this case;

    https://www.history.com/news/kkk-lynching-mother-justice
Wattaya think that the high power attorney Ben Crump has just been hired by the families of Payton Gendron's victims for. Could he be about to shake Tucker Carlson, his wife's Swanson fortune and the deep pockets of Rupert Murdoch down to their racist boots

Gendron's manifesto makes it clear that he was motivated by the Replacement conspiracy and since RT is definitely the most consistently promulgated thing on Carlson's excreable screed can the court's find that there was an agency operating here.

    Discuss.

AU, I would absolutely agree with you if I thought it would make a difference, but it won't.

Sue Carlson and another bobble-head pops up and it starts all over again.

The reality is it does not matter what ANY of them say. It only matters how "We, the People" interpret it. Look at the Capitol riot, for an example. It's beyond clear that Trump is guilty of inciting a riot and dereliction of duty but all of it is whitewashed and he is constantly being fitted for a golden halo.

So, if we want change, REAL change, equality, REAL equality; life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for *everyone* we have to make that happen. The wolves in sheep clothing can only win when we become complacent. What has to happen for us to stop being complacent?

Replacement was started by Dems. As such I'm sure you'll advocate for suing them also....right? Right? ..... Yeah, didn't think so. Now, lets watch the spin...

If its so "beyond clear" then why hasn't he been charged? If the evidence is so "beyond clear" he can be prosecuted for it right here, right now. No delays. No need to try and "flip" hundreds of people, or even one. No need to gather any other information. Any response to this other than advocating for him to be charged right here right now and it will show that it isn't so "beyond clear". Any sort of spin, equivocation, movement of goal posts, diversionary tactic, or excuse will show that it isn't so "beyond clear".

Surely no one can be surprised by the fact the "great replacement" theory has been stoked by none other than Tucker Carlson.

Click https://www.msnbc.com/all then, Buffalo gunman cited same racist ideology pushed by right-wing media

to watch video of him doing just that.

ADL calls on Fox News to fire Tucker Carlson over racist comments about ‘replacement’ theory

    New YorkCNN Business —

The Anti-Defamation League is calling for Fox News to fire Tucker Carlson. “Given his long record of race-baiting, we believe it is time for Carlson to go,” ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt says.

There is zero indication that Fox will take such a step – or even reprimand Carlson. But the ADL’s call, delivered in a letter to Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott, underscores the extreme and unsettling nature of Carlson’s anti-immigration commentary.
Carlson, the highest-rated host on Fox News, drew condemnations for his comments about “replacement” on another Fox show Thursday evening.

In the ADL’s ensuing letter on Friday, first obtained by CNN Business, Greenblatt accused Carlson of an “open-ended endorsement of white supremacist ideology.” Appearing with his friend Mark Steyn, who was filling in at 7 p.m. ET, Carlson invoked “white replacement theory,” a racist conspiracy theory that imagines White people are being intentionally replaced by immigrants.

I don't know if any of the families have a legal case that's winnable. I do know any pretense of adhering to rudimentary journalistic standards would have resulted in Carlson being fired a long time ago. The thing is........spewing hateful, conspiratorial lies, promoting overt propaganda, and misinforming the audience is Faux's business plan, so..............

Using corpses as a bludgeoned to attack what you think is your ultimate enemy is rather sad.

You can't really win a lawsuit against Tucker Carlson over that he's not liable for anything.

It's called the freedom of the press it's the first amendment other Constitution.

Well then lying about this guy being right wing this is just another effort to try and win over people for the coming midterm elections.

Enough information has come out about his manifesto with it he says clearly he's a left-wing authoritarian basically Bernie bro.

Before all you Bernie Bros get your panties in a knot I don't think all of you support this shooter.

Well, you got the French part right. Not the name. LINK: Jean Raspail - Wikipedia

It can also be found farther back in history. Its actually not something that is new. So I was wrong in saying "Replacement was started by Dems". However Dems HAVE used it for themselves.

I never understood that argument? Who the **** cares if you yell fire in a theatre? They all have emergency exits in the theatre’s and there’s obviously no fire there.

Freedom of speech allows you to yell "fire" in a crowded theater. But you could be charged with inciting a riot. You can legally own a gun but if you shoot an innocent person, you will be charged with murder. Freedom comes with responsibility.

    That makes no sense whatsoever.

You are saying he was originally sane enough not to go out and kill blacks. Then he heard Tucker Carlson talk about replacement theory. That convinced him that he should stop the replacement by killing ten black men. He somehow believed that killing ten black people would make a difference.

Nope. The solution is much simpler. He was a nut who already hated blacks for some reason. Maybe a black took a job he wanted or maybe his parents indoctrinated him. He would start killing blacks and he wanted some kind of manifesto and decided replacement theory sounded good.

How Tucker Carlson Stoked White Fear to Conquer Cable

Tucker Carlson burst through the doors of Charlie Palmer Steak, enfolded in an entourage of producers and assistants, cellphone pressed to his ear. On the other end was Lachlan Murdoch, chairman of the Fox empire and his de facto boss.

Most of Fox’s Washington bureau, along with the cable network’s top executives, had gathered at the power-class steakhouse, a few blocks from the office, for their annual holiday party. Days earlier, Mr. Carlson had set off an uproar, claiming on air that mass immigration made America “poor and dirtier.” Blue-chip advertisers were fleeing. Within Fox, Mr. Carlson was widely viewed to have finally crossed some kind of line. Many wondered what price he might pay.

The answer became clear that night in December 2018: absolutely none.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2022/04/30/...0956&user_id=fecdfdffdaaa11107b72f0f4f6e429cc

Carlson has been emboldened by Faux tolerating, if not fomenting, his bigotry. Why? $$$$$ His audience laps it up.
