yep.... it is being set AFTER the 2022 elections..... April 17, 2023..... when Dominion machines will be used to cheat again... unchecked.

"Discovery" will be the death knell for Dominion... The audits done all show Dominion machines were connected to the internet... which may not ding some folks bell, but being connected to the internet means they could be manipulated from anywhere in the world. It is done everyday with computers, manufacturing machine, etc. all over the world.. It is the very reason Cyber Ninja was denied the splunk logs and router info in the Maricopa case. After release it showed the Dominion machines were connected to the internet during the election period

No settlement being agreed on means the lawsuit is still ongoing, if the two parties in dispute can't agree to a settlement, then it will be left to the court to determine the final outcome of the lawsuit. No one has won or lost the lawsuit, because the lawsuit is still ongoing

I think that with the nomination of Mastriano by the Republicans, that the Democrat Shapiro will win the governorship of Pennsylvania probably by more than 5 points. Whereas Mastriano will turn off independents who will go to Shapiro, this helps Fetterman as those indies who voted for Shapiro will continue to vote for Fetterman. Regardless of election fraud theories flying around by the GOP, the democrats will retain the governorship of PA and add PA’s senate seat to their column.


It seems to me that independents are getting sick and tired of hearing fraud, stolen election etc. from Trump and his cohorts. They beat that dead horse to more than triple the death. Continuing to beat it makes Trump’s supporters happy, but it’s beginning to drive away independents. 2/3rds of independents don’t believe those accusations.

 

I’ll add this, there are times when making a statement is much more important to the members of either major party by their choice of their nominees than winning the general election. I think Mastriano falls into this statement category. Other Republican nominees that lost general elections I can remember off the top of my head that another GOP nominee would have won easily are Aiken, Missouri and Murdock, Indiana in senate races.


In 2020 there were 3 Democratic incumbent house members who were defeated in the Democratic primaries because they were pro-life in swing districts. All three pro-choice Democrats lost in the general election that November. In other words, democratic party purity litmus tests caused their party to lose 3 house seats in which they should have won sticking with the incumbents. Making a statement during a primary, yes, that at times is much more important than winning elections in November. That I think is what you have in Pennsylvania with Mastriano which will also help Fetterman. The Republican Party by their statement making in the primaries will cost them a governorship and a senator.

 

Unless the news article is anything positive about Trump, then it can’t possibly be allowed to be in current events.
