Mazlow's Hierarchy of human needs. Got to get those basic needs taken care of first. Fix the economy.

To answer directly would get this topic moved to a sub-section. Rather I recommend following the news. There are two big issues happening now that affect the next election. And it comes down to a choice of whether to save the economy or preserve civil rights but not both.

I choose neither. Your questions are themselves partisan. Neither I nor you nor the government can "fix the economy." It must fix itself. We can avoid profligate government spending in the future but the water has already passed the bridge. The civil rights of citizens doesn't impact my financial situation. I would be interested to know why you think it would impact yours.

That is an exceptionally insightful poll.........
I had to think about it before I answered........

but I did go with option number one because I do believe that Biden's handlers are attempting to destroy the economy in order to get Americans to the place where they are willing to accept giving up many of their civil rights?!

This has actually all been done in the past......
so this is history being repeated again and again and again and again.....

If those are the only two options for a nation then it deserves to fall.

Biden is a threat to everything American, and DNC and Hillary Clinton the rest. Do you realize we will have endured ~ 19% inflation by 2024. I guarantee you your wages will be lagging behind.
There is no one to blame but Biden and the dreamers that voted for Mr. Moderate!

You can’t fix the economy if you don’t have civil rights. And likewise you can’t have civil rights unless all can equally participate in the economy. This is a false dichotomy op.

Unfortunately time told. He reversed several Trump "consequences." It made things worse.

No, there is no reasonable answer. We can't fix the economy. It can and will fix itself. The inflation is permanent. Civil rights have little to do with the economy. They affect quality of life. The question was nonsense.

Like going to war with the oil industry, like cancelling the policies that prevented a total opening of the border, like failing to see that shooters shoot up schools not guns, like leaving Afghanistan without conditions, like doubling government spending his first year causing serious inflation, like.........

Trump did that, not Biden, but I agree, that was a bad move to reduce supply during Covid

"Trump told Saudi: Cut oil supply or lose U.S. military support"

    https://www.reuters.com/article/us-...se-u-s-military-support-sources-idUSKBN22C1V4

"Trump threatens 'very substantial' tariffs on imported oil if Saudi Arabia and Russia can't reach a deal to push prices back up"

Strawman. I explained that Biden went to war with the domestic oil industry and you countered with Trump going to war with foreign oil interests. It didn't get anywhere with me. Trump's dealings had little to no effect on fuel prices. Biden's started a whirlwind.

the reason prices are high right now is cause foreign oil interests have reduced supply, Trump played a part in that, not Biden

Trump wanted prices higher, now we got it, thanks Trump, he was right, this is GREAT for the oil and gas industry, course it SUCKS for consumers

Trump lowered supply during Covid, now that demand is picking up, supply is not there
