Being a theist is the only way for "Kokomojojo believes God exists" to be true. Unless you are actually a theist, it must therefore be false.

Well, you didn't provide one when you said "When you get done counting them let me know so I can answer your question" (source), so either there is one (that you seem happy to invoke), or a rule isn't needed (of course, you have yet to provide a rule saying that a rule would be needed). This seems like a Kokomojojo red herring to me.

 

Well, he's just not very good at writing, to the point where it confuses himself.

He is sniffing at a rule that is correct, the law that a proposition must in fact be true or false. However, he's decided to write it as a response to a question, even though we know that when people answer questions, it is possible for someone not to know whether a proposition is true or false.

Of course, this can be an innocent enough mistake to make. However, when disagreement occurs, his response seems to be to just restate his position, rather than actually dive into where the disagreement lies. I can only speculate as to why.

I don't really mind, I prefer not to second guess others' intentions. I prefer asking them to spell it out, and in Kokomojojo's case, it's fun enough to see him dig himself into new holes on occasion.

I would say you are not answering the question if you say you don't know. You could also give an incoherent grunt. These are responses but they are not answers to the question asked. A statement that you can't answer, or explanation why you can answer, is not itself an answer. It isn't an answer unless it answers the question.

 

"I don't know" is the honest response, yes. It is not an answer, and there is nothing wrong with that. Pretending to have an answer when you don't would be dishonest.
