I summarized your report. I'm not surprised you don't like it. Democrats in general are not over fond of the truth or reality which is why they they general es hew the former and keep trying to change the latter and elect people like Biden who are divorced from both.

 

Abject fail. This lawyers argument is predicated upon his criminal charges part 1. Namely the lawyer asserts that Trumps actions were corrupt. All of his other charges stem from and pivot off of this “corrupt” claim.

The “corrupt” claim in his first charge he asserts he’s shown unequivocally that it’s true. But he hasn’t. Nothing he has indicated shows that trump KNEW it was a lie. His position is that because trump was TOLD it was a lie by multiple people that it must mean trump knew and therefore his actions following are corrupt.

But that’s not how it works. It doesn’t matter if EVERYBODY on the planet told trump it was a lie. If trump BELIEVED it was true then his actions were not corrupt and he was simply defending himself and the office he held.

The ONLY way you can POSSIBLY show someone knew something was a lie is to have written, audio, visual or testimonial evidence from the person themselves stating explicitly they KNOW what they’re saying isn’t true.

But you don’t have that and you never will because it doesn’t exist. Therefore NONE of the charges leveled in this document would ever stand up in a court of law. Ever.

The problem with all of this is, no matter what evidence is presented, how factual it's proven to be, or how it proves Donald Judas tRump conspired to defraud the American people, bilk them out of money or how corrupt his administration was in trying to hold on to power; his base won't even look at it much less give the slightest credence to it.

With so many legal minds in this country making the legal case, I don't see how Garland wouldn't prosecute. Trump has absolutely no defense other than the expected "too stupid to prosecute". But I think this has been blown out of the water.

Trump's history of deceit, the fake university ($25,000,000 settlement paid to 5000 scammed people), the fake charity (closed because of embezzling funds for private use, it was a slush fund, not a charity, not to mention it had no staff, was nothing more than a piece of paper), paying $250k hush money to a pornstar and a playboy playmate just after his newlywed wife gave birth, defrauding banks, insurance companies, and the taxpayers out of $400,000,000, it's more than reasonable to conclude that Trump, after being told by every prominent member of his staff, including the Attorney General Of the United States, that his allegations of voter fraud were, as Barr put it, 'Bullshit', that he knew it, and the president doesn't get to play dumb, and no jury is going to believe him.
