They have failed in rations decision making on this front for years now. Though clearly that is changing as people wake up and recognize men and women are not the same.

He isn't here to actually take a stance on an issue... he is here to argue simply for the sake of arguing. It's obvious.

You lost this argument. Men and women aren’t the same, men are strong, faster, and more durable on avg and that difference is even greater in athletics. Separating them is the correct thing to do.

the fact so many have been socially engineered into thinking otherwise is a testament to how easily brainwashed a portion of our leftist population can be.

T'wasnt 'til years later that I understood why my sister could pick so many more, and faster, the correct degree of ripe peaches.. women can distinguish between colors and shades more than men (I think they have an acuter sense of smell too)

Get back to us when there's a female nose tackle on a male football team.

And they can be held accountable for them by the schools who make up the body.

    I will add

    Punter

    and also add

    Kicker

Since the Vanderbilt female kicker was nothing but a publicity stunt.

She had 2 punts, can't find any distance stats. That's dangerous. Sometimes the punter can be the last player between the coming head on full blast punt returner and the goal post. Is she supposed to make that open field tackle. Let the guy run over her? Is the runner supposed to back off on her and not hit her as hard as he would a male kicker?

Looks like a great response to a post I can’t see. Too bad, so sad.

By some parameters, women are superior to men; in others, men have an advantage over women (generally speaking). And, of course, there are some areas in which neither gender enjoys a natural advantage.

I remember a discussion in my H.S. Physics class, about the genders, and body fat. While you can, of course, find skinny women, and fat men. But the much more common model, is that male bodies have a lower degree of body fat, than women. This means that the proportion of a male athlete's body weight which is muscle, is higher, on average, than is the case for women. For this reason, my teacher predicted that men will continue to hold the advantage, in the marathon race. By the same token, however, he added that if the marathon were ever made 40 miles, we would see women beating the top men, because their extra, stored fat, would advantage them with a ready source of fuel, whereas the male's stored resources will have by then, likely, been drained (which would then entail the longer process, of the male catabolizing his own muscles, for calories).

I agree with this decision, for PROFESSIONAL, ADULT sports. I do not see it as the same, for school athletics, during primary level education (through high school). Even in College Intramural sports (only amongst students at any given school) I do not think that the touted benefits of of keeping the trans gendered out of young women's sports, stacks up to the benefits for these students, if they are allowed to participate.

It shouldn’t be in any sports.

I disagree. I fail to see any important purpose that is served by not allowing transgendered youth to participate in sports, and be part of a team. Before you recommend it-- there are not going to be enough transgendered kids at any school, to allow them to start their own league. Hence, the practical decision, is just whether or not trans youth can participate in sports. At the pre- college level, the biggest boon of school sports are the lessons it teaches children & young adults, the experiences it brings, and its social element.

While I am always willing to consider another viewpoint, if all you are going to say is what you already said, above, and if you're not going to give reasons for the way you feel, or address any of the reasons that I mention, then there is really no need for you to repeat yourself.

Funny line among married men "we're all married to the same woman" My favorite example is.. after doing some hot and nasty honeydo.. standing in front of them in dirt and sweat soaked clothes.. they , almost to a woman, will criticize some aspect of the chore you've just done.. if not your filthy and nasty self. No woman, no matter how nice of a home you provide for her always wants something "better and bigger"
Ok.. that's the rule, I don't want to hear arguements on the exceptions (and God has blessed you if that is not the case with your wife!)

The same reasons we don't want it at the adult level should apply all the way through. At the very least, high school and college. Do you really want men who call themselves women competing against females and taking their scholarships away when the same man could have competed in his actual division ? Second, what about contact sports? You think a 17 year old man should be playing contact sports with 16-17 year old females? I don't understand how you could support it at the Olympic level, but not at the level that we have even more vulnerable females.

I am an old fat man and I could knock out just about any woman MME fighter. (don't believe those movies that show some 100 lb woman knocking out a bunch of Navy Seal types.) There is a reason it is taboo to hit a lady!

I agree with the decision of the swimming authority.

It's been a problem since sex change became popular.

THEY CAN COMPETE.......................AS THE MALES THEY ARE..........................no one is "keeping them out" of anything.

As noted previously the 15 year old soccer team beat the women's national team of college and older women.

There is no "girls' football," in school. Nor wrestling, or boxing (for either sex, generally). So if you are worried about fem guys, on estrogen therapy, and testosterone suppression, mangling our nation's wilting, "fairer sex," in field hockey, or soccer, or basketball, or swimming, I would believe that your concerns displayed a real, paranoid obsession, over the issue.
