It doesn't mean her body is no longer hers, but it does mean that its body belongs to it. One person's sentience or dominion, does not rule over the other. In the complexity of abortion, it's a straight forward argument for conservatives(particularly moderate ones): Every available opportunity for giving birth, should take place outside of rape, incest, or a threat to the mother's life. I personally would add on birth defects to the child as a reason for abortion, but generally in the conservative world view abortions should be difficult, not an easy thing.

Bottom line, in my opinion, this marks another black day in the history of the Supreme Court, joining all the other rulings where the SCOTUS denied that Americans possess the inherent and unalienable right to self-proprietorship from which most if not all of our constitutional rights are derived. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness... Empty words to our government... Chalk this ruling down with the Dred Scott, Plessy v. Ferguson, Kelo and FullRetardCare individual mandate decisions...

If inventing a right to something not covered by the constitution is the wrong thing to do, then banning a potential invented right would be equally wrong. The point is that abortion never was and never should be an appropriate role for federal government. If republicans want a national ban they will have to deal with whichever states decide to continue the practice. Seems pretty straightforward to me.
