    This is all correct, but you still don't get it. Posse Comitatus (or any other law for that matter) cannot violate the Constitution no mater what it says, how it's worded, what it allows, or what it prohibits. Every SCOTUS ruling on this subject has held the separation of powers sacrosanct.​

    True. But the courts have not invalidated the Posse Comitatus Act.
