As we speak, there are a bunch of people sitting in offices churning out western propaganda and at the end of the month they get a salary for doing it. Over in Russia, the same thing is happening. It’s no different. Yet if I listened to NATO, I’d be wondering why Ukraine hasn’t yet won and isn’t advancing on Moscow and so I don’t take that at face value either.

I’m more inclined to believe what Russia say because at least it sounds plausible and might be happening, whereas western media has gone into a fantasy world. I know the Nazi militias are there, I can see Ukraine is losing, but I don’t blindly follow either side.

When it becomes obvious that Ukraine won’t win, NATO will drop Zelensky like a hot brick. You’ll do a thread on here about Ukraine and why they lost and you’ll be met with a wall of silence. All these current Zelensky cheerleaders will disappear into thin air, just as the Covid doomsday lot did and previously the Greta extinction fanatics. It’s all part of the SJW crusade, Ukraine is just another lost cause to believe in.

...I only just saw that...can you explain to me how that is even possible...please include you views on shipping capacity (including freight and demurrage rates as I assume you'll have ships waiting for port space?) and available uptake capacity of both India and China..... I'm sure your aware of China's 30% decrease over the last 2 months as they've reached capacity.

Would be interested to compare your insights against S&P's as they must be wrong?

S&P’s, are they like M&M’s? You know what I mean. Russia will find other customers, perhaps not in quantities previously sold to the west, but oil is a world-wide needed commodity, not just the west. We in the west however will suffer and are beginning to suffer as fuel prices increase and inflation starts to take off. Come winter I predict we’ll suddenly change our minds as we find out green energy is a myth.

There’s a difference between Putin and western politicians.

In 2024 in the US you will get a choice of candidates. The winner will be either a Democrat or Republican. We’ll call them ‘Useless1’ and ‘Useless2.’ Currently, Biden will be lucky to survive his term out before they move him to an elderly care home specializing in dementia!

In the UK we also get a choice and the winner will be either a Conservative (your Republican) or Labour (your Democrat). We can also call them ‘Useless1’ and ‘Useless2.’ In fact, they’re so useless they make US useless politicians look competent. Our current Prime Minister has recently had to resign. The previous one, Theresa May also resigned and the one before her, David Cameron also resigned. They’re so bloody useless they can’t even survive four years!

In the European Union the voters fare even worse. They don’t get to elect a party as there isn’t an alternative to the European Union and their Commissioner leaders are voted in for them. At least the population can say it’s not their fault.

In total, they are a bunch useless shysters who we should have voted to be removed from the gene pool, not voted in as leaders.

Having said that, many shake their heads and wonder why Putin is so popular. Surely, they must be rigging the votes, maybe he’s killing all the potential candidates, maybe … The answer is because he promoted orthodox religion, he abandoned socialist economic policies for capitalism, he gave back hope and pride after the collapse of the USSR, he championed patriotism and traditional values, banning gay activism and jailing the FEMEN anarchists … He did everything our politicians don’t do, which doesn’t make him perfect, but it makes his re-election votes into huge majority’s every time he stands for election.

I'm sorry what other customers....you stated India and China even though they are reducing their offtake. There is currently about 3m/b at sea that haven't declared intentions please can you tell me where you think they will go and what extra capacity there is for Russian offtake? So please substantiate your comment as I think you're talking shyte as usual but please....show me your research so we can discuss the potential 3mb/d short fall and who will take it up. Can you even tell me the current shipping capacity for Russian exports? Do you actually have a clue what you are babbling about?

    S&P provides research
    M&Ms are chocolate sweets
    what are you...?

Just taking the piss with the M&M’s and your S&P’s. Remember the early 1970’s? The same energy crisis, but not for the same reasons. British Industry went into a three day working week. Petrol rationing coupons were introduced but not used as they sorted it out before they got to that stage. It wrecked Britain for years after and the same thing will happen again. The developing countries won’t stop producing because they’re not so stupid as to sanction a necessity. Britain sanctions energy supplies and then moans about an energy crisis and possible food shortage? How stupid is that.

The biggest developing countries are India and China. Smaller ones such as Taiwan, SE Asia … There’s a never ending need for oil.

no there isn't there's only the demand for it otherwise you need storage.

yeah...just what I thought....you actually have got no idea about what you are talking about so let's witter on about the 70's.....so

..is actually a load of shyte...that aren't..... and they will not...they simply don't need it and there isn't the capacity for it.

So these developing countries have nowhere to store it and are buying by the gallon?

The early 70’s was an example of what happens when the oil starts running out. Have you already noticed the increase in prices of everything that uses oil to deliver? Noticed the soaring cost of electricity and heating? Wait till winter comes.

In the hope that Ukraine will win, Russia will collapse and it's oil and gas production will fall into the hands of Wall Street.

This post is a useful reminder to everyone that open support for authoritarian states and dictatorships that will carry out their agendas is becoming an ever increasing feature of right wing politics in Europe (and the US). This should concern not just Europeans and Americans, but anyone who thinks that democratic societies are important.

It has come as no surprise that the majority of cheerleading for Putin in western nations has come from the right. It is a vehicle for a much nastier agenda and should be seen as such.

Yes he did, he usurped power in the country, have total control of mass media, wiped out all opposition and fully control election process itself, and of course this is why he wins "elections". Some moron want this in his country too? Before wish, try to compare level of population income in Russia and West with its "useless" politicians.

Sounds like a plot Soros does and has done for the current US administration. That's truly amazing Tofkis, who would have thought?

The problem bigfella, is that we’ve moved so far to the left that even traditional values and capitalism now sounds like extremism. Democracy can’t work under either left or right extremism.

Yes and he eats babies and kills anyone who looks at him. :) Levels of income? Don’t come to the west, there are hundreds of millions sinking into poverty here as those millions who fled Zelensky’s mess will find out when they get here.

Yes, Zelensky has a mess, but it was caused by Adolf Putin invading his country, blowing up his cities and killing his citizens.

No, he do not eat babies, he usurped power and destroyed all opposition. There are no elections in Russia, so comparing this with elections in Westen countries is just stupid.
Hundreds of millions sinking into poverty in the West? It's in some alternative reality? By the way, poor in West is middle class in Russia :). This is the result of decades of work of great leader Putin.

Hopefully he'll also get rid of your Nazi militias while he's there. Be grateful it wasn't NATO invading, you'd have no cities left. :)

Ukrainian troops refuse to fight on

“We still cannot break the advantage of the Russian army in artillery and in manpower, and this is very felt in the battles, especially in the Donbass – Peski, Avdiivka, and other directions. It’s just hell. It can’t even be described in words.” -- President Zelensky.

“There is a similar message from men fromthe 58 brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Some of them deserted and returned home to Konotop, in the Sumy region. Like the men in the 56th brigade, these soldiers complain that they were sent to the front with no proper weapons or equipment just to be pounded by Russian artillery. Rather than serve as cannon fodder they left their frontline positions and headed back home with their weapons.”

Come on Mr. Biden, pull yourself together. Only another $200 billion of taxpayers dollars and Zelensky will win. He’s sure of it. (cash only, no credit accepted). :)

No elections, because political opponents of Putin just are not allowed to run in these elections and part of votes are just fake. There is no way that Putin or whatever he want will lose his own fully controlled "elections".

To imitate Andrew Napolitano in question asking, what if the data published by the Russians is true and accurate?

Lots of old ladies have been killed - all of them were wearing black uniforms with SS insignia.
Indeed, many children have been killed - all of them were Hitler Youth.
And that poor Ukrainian soldier filmed being castrated, that's part of Putin's eugenics program to weed out the Nazis. Too right.
The high precision of Russian artillary have aimed only at Nazi buildings, Nazi hospitals and Nazi shopping centers.

If I recall, only one major nation was an ally of Nazi Germany - Russia. These two nations started WW2 in 1939 with the invasion of Poland.
