A zygote is just a name given to a stage of development in this case. zygote, fetus, baby, toddler, child, pre teen, teen, young adult, adult, middle aged, elderly.

The sperm is also a name for a stage of development .. without which a human is not possible - what does this piece of trivia have to do with the fact that your claim is false.. so what if the zygote is part of the process of creation .. that does not make it a human .. any more than it does the sperm.

You stated will become a born adult - as part of your criteria .. a Zygote will never become a born adult -

What part of you are wrong .. do you not understand ? "Zygote will never become a born adult"

What part of .. direct contradiction of your own definition .. of "Baby" is not sinking in ?

Sperm, unlike the human life created at conception, is missing a KEY ingredient to be something other than sperm.

And they call me religious. You somehow do not understand the fundamental DNA structural difference between a fetus at zygote stage and that of sperm.

Nope, the difference is inhabiting the woman or not.

And she forfeit that argument the moment she willingly participated in the one act that could have gotten her pregnant.

    She gambled and lost

Possibly, and I hope you're right; but, propaganda aside, many women's lifes will be left at the mercy of ruthless radical states in the meantime.

Well, once again, we must be careful about legislating for statistical outliers, and also engaging in argumentum ad populum. The propagandists are driving the very point in your post after you said "propaganda aside", because that is the best way to make the best impact on the November elections. There is no point lamenting what has already happened, other than to make political hay. Focus should instead remain on where to go from here, and thereby limiting the statistical outliers you mention to as few as possible. The fact remains, every woman in this country can go have an abortion if she wants one. The only functional difference is the distance she must travel to get it.

We live in a free-market capitalist society; the greatest the world has ever known. One thing is sure; where there is demand, suppliers will appear to service it. If there is demand for abortions, suppliers will service that demand as near to their customers as possible, and they will make damn sure their customers can get to the clinic to service that demand.

No, having sex is not a crime punishable by loss of rights.

    .

Why should an American have to travel to another state to have the basic human right of bodily autonomy?....I always thought they were called the UNITED States for a reason...

Because, currently, abortion may be illegal in their state. Remember, we live in a free-market capitalist society; the greatest the world has ever known. Right, killing your baby should never be difficult. Maybe you can lobby for "doordash" abortion services.

So a "free market capitalist society" can eliminate rights whenever they want to ?

A real disaster of a country if that's true..

It comes with the possibility of creating babies. That's actually the entire point of sex. Nature made it pleasurable to entice us to procreate because that's how we survive ****.

So you can cry "no" but that's the reality of the situation. You willingly partook in the action to create babies hoping it wouldn't happen but knowing it could. You ended up gambling and you lost.

Why are you talking about the sperm in some desperate attempt to deflect away from the fact that the Zygote does not meet your criteria ?

A Zygote will never be an adult Human .. thats not how the science works. Your are 100% wrong and your claim that the zygote is a baby on the basis of your false claim is also false.

Whats wrong mate .. can not address the issue at hand so you jump all over the map ?

I think you are now arguing in either bad faith or are purposfully being incredibly ignorant.

    zygote
    zī′gōt″
    noun
    1. The cell formed by the union of two gametes, especially a fertilized ovum before cleavage.
    2. The organism that develops from a zygote.
    3. In biology, a fertilized ovum, or the equivalent, in plants and in unicellular organisms, of a fertilized egg; the product of the conjugation of gametes, or sexual cells.
    4. Same as zygospore.
    5. A fertilizedegg cell.
    6. (genetics) the diploid cell resulting from the union of a haploid spermatozoon and ovum (including the organism that develops from that cell)
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zygote
A zygote (from Ancient Greek ζυγωτός (zygōtós) 'joined, yoked', from ζυγοῦν (zygoun) 'to join, to yoke')[1] is a eukaryotic cell formed by a fertilization event between two gametes. The zygote's genome is a combination of the DNA in each gamete, and contains all of the genetic information of a new individual organism.

    https://byjus.com/biology/zygote/
    Zygote Definition
A zygote is the first diploid cell that is formed by the fusion of male and female gametes resulting in the formation of an embryo.

The zygote stage development occurs in the first week of fertilization. The genome of the zygote is the combination of DNA in each gamete and contains all the genetic information required to form an individual.

Seems to be the case that it is exactly as I've descibed it.

Maybe you need to drop this angle because it's not working out well for you?

Why did you post a bunch of stuff that does not address your claim. . No where in the above is it claimed that the zygote will become an adult human.

and in fact the information you posted refutes your claim that a human exists at conception. Did you miss the part "zygote stage development occurs in the first week" ? As I told you .. there is no ontological unity .. until implantation .. no complete human genome until implantation .. which happens long after conception .. as much as a week.

Your wrong . x 2 .. do not understand what you are talking about .. and on the basis of this fallacy and falsehood wish to make law .. forcing your religious beliefs on others through physical violence.

You hate the principles of republicanism and the founding principle.. a true RINO .. anti American to the core.

Where do you think the baby comes from, Gifted? Does another entity that houses the DNA information of said individual swoop in, replace the zygote and then IT grows and develops into an eventual human adult? What is your idiotic angle here?

    Am confused.

You can have sex. Nowhere is it declared you can't have sex. But you should be responsible for your actions through other means then murder.

Is having sexual intercourse 100% guaranteed to result in conception. Yes or no?

No it doesn't, of course. But is there a biological point to having sex other than having babies?

Why are you asking me stupid questions .. rather than addressing the fact that you are simply wrong. Your claim that the zygote will become a born adult is completely false nonsense .. and on the basis of this false nonsense .. you want to force your religious beliefs on others through physical violence.

A baby comes from a process of creation which starts with the twinkle in your Fathers eye when gazing upon Mommy. The Sperm and egg are a big part of that process .. uniting to form zygote .. a single human cell.

The zygote then divides producing clones of itself .. until you have around 2-300 .. these form a hollow sack called the blastocyst. Each of these zygote clones are "Totipotent" .. meaning they can produce every cell in the human body .. and each individually can create a new human.

These zygotes are the builders of the human .. they will create the cells that will make up all the components of a human .. heart - liver - brain and so on .. but at this point .. not a single cell from the body of the human has been created.

Do you understand - "NOT a single cell from the body in the blueprint has yet to be created"

Do you understand "Not a single cell from the body in the blueprint has yet to be created"

???????????? Do you understand ? Without a human cell from the body of a "Baby" existing .. how can a baby be said to exist ?

You have no idea what you are talking about .. no idea how the process works.
