    Certain things he cannot declassify, like nuclear secrets. Also, nothing is stopping Biden from re-classifying anything that Trump classified. If Biden re-classified sensitive material and Trump refused to hand it over, that's obstruction.

    They made their statement Tuesday morning when asked what what the FBI was looking for.
    They had no clue because they didn't have the warrant and they were isolated in another room from the search. They stated they were not provided a copy of the warrant.
    Since Trump agreed to have the warrant unsealed (against every lefty claiming he wouldn't) there would have been no reason to not share a copy of the warrant if they had a copy.
    You media propaganda falls short of any common sense or actual claims made at the time.

    Garland made his statement Wednesday afternoon.

    Depending on how sensitive those materials are, yes. How to build one? No. The nuclear capabilities of our nation and future innovations? Perhaps.

    Like you said, the president has broad authority over classification and de-classification, no?

    If Biden wants to classify the lunch menu at the white house and Trump doesn't hand it over, it's obstruction.
