I personally believe that is one of the reasons they were so afraid of Trump.

He came from NYC, the heart of Democrat territory, was very familiar with their tactics, and had no qualms about fighting dirty, fighting fire with fire. A lot of other conservatives would let their principles stand in the way and not stoop to that level.

Except we wont need an ultra biased committee to do the investigation because we will have truth on our side.

They were searching for documents as outlined in attachment B.

Trump fired the Republican leading the FBI, so Republicans had no choice but to assign an independent Republican investigator

Trump brings his troubles on himself

There is a lot you could blame Trump for, but causing the administrative state to go insane is on them.

The FBI went through the legal motions of getting a warrant under a judges purview.. It was a Constitutionally correct move. Now if you want to
argue that the FBI lied to get that warrant, you can - but the Constitutionality of the process of actually getting the warrant can't be denied.

As for the 1/6 commission - the Congress has always had the ability to set up fact finding commissions on any subject they decide to
investigate - and that is legal under the Constitution. The PROCESS has been constitutional.

So now explain why you think it is unConstitutional.

Hmm, have you thought this is maybe already something "that's coming back around" for the Benghazi hearings and the whole "Obama is a secret muslim"
    thingy?

The whole tit-for-tat mentality in Washington is one of the major reasons that BOTH parties have become worthless to this country.

Trump LITERALLY signed a law making it a major crime to mishandle Security Documents because he said it wasn't being
taken seriously enough. So now the FBI is taking it seriously. Who knew?

Well... to be honest, we know the FBI getting a judge to sign off requires some dishonesty on their part. Lots of examples. And yes, it is constitutional to ask for a warrant. When you illegally mislead the judge, that isn't, just as it wasn't with Carter Page. It constitutes an illegal search. More, the 1/6 commission doesn't respect the minority, and never did. And while that perhaps is the prerogative of the current majority, it certainly isn't following any fair findings or process reserved like cross examination or for that matter, the ability to address the accusers. You really want to ignore these little failings, and just assert the generalization. I suppose then, you would agree that generally, the president can declassify anything they want. So, based on that generalization, your support for these general processes is unnecessary.

He did. Do you suppose that it applies to documents that were declassified? Really? Who knew that only the DL can determine how the law should be applied.. well, you and a bunch of skaert democrats. Do you really think that what these 'btards" are doing is good for the nation? Really? And let's just say that you do. Will you be just as pleased should republicans start using these tactics against the very many corrupt democrats starting in January? I bet the show trial of Nancy Pelosi or Mr Biden will be quite entertaining, don't you?

It would appear that you have only received deflections and dodges to this question and some of those dodges pivot quickly to flame bait! And, yes, I knew your pertinent question was rhetorical given the regular extremist RWers on the forum.

Good luck getting anything but flailing and pivoting deflections.

Your question implies that you believe the official (and changing daily) narrative of Garland and the mainstream media.

Nope. My question was nothing more than asking someone to back up their claim…which hasn’t been done.

I probably missed it when you asked the same questions of Garland or the MSM. Shame on me.

Garland claimed the 1/6 committee and the search warrant was unconstitutional? I guess I missed that. Shame on me.

Yes, you missed that one. Garland has supported the 1/6 committee and the Mar-a-Lago and the investigation of parents being unruly at school board meetings and many more things, and I missed all your posts demanding he back up his claims.

Did Garland post on this forum? Awfully hard to ask the man to back up any alleged claims if I don’t have access to him. Don’t ya think??? Christ…your gotcha moment was an epic fail. Go troll someone else with your childish nonsense.

Your posts make my point. Your "outrage" is selective, as is your "question asking" regarding "backing up" the claims of public figures. Your partisanship shows you are not interested in justice at all, or in constitutional governance, the rule of law.
