You're saying that you because people know about it can't be reclassified. Not everyone knows what information is contained in those documents, hence why they can still be classified.

They are essentially on the verge of claiming trump still has executive authority.

Definitely had to have violated "their TOS". Funny thing is: I was never sent a message, or warned. Just shut off cold.

Keep voting for and defending your wonderful, corrupt, and obviously perfect politicians, who so clearly "have your best interests in mind".

Oh yeah, don't forget to mock me and say I'm a conspiracy theorist. I believe you just proved a crucial point I was trying to make.

So, are you better off today or when President Trump was on office?

No one said the crime statute was "invented".. We said that applying it to this set of circumstances is invented. Pass. And yes, the President can declassify anything at anytime, which he did. Sorry that you cannot seem to bring yourself to divorce yourself from wanting to find any reason to punish this man. So, you invent things. And of course, media spread the invention widely, and folks like you believe in it. Its sad. Really.

Technically they don't have to. Truth Social does the same thing when it blocks posters for their "TOS" violations, usually it is just criticizing Trump sort of thing. But then again, it's alright if "your side does it" but god forbid if "the other side does it as well." Get it now?

Yeah, because Trump said it. Trump can say the Sun rises in the west and sets in the east, and the usual suspects will start three, four, or five threads in current events and political opinions sections that Trump is right. They are trying desperately to claim Trump is "the victim" while ignoring all reality.

Well, that is BS. Currently the Trump Executive Order of the "remain in Mexico" is still under effect under Biden. Is it not? Biden attempted, legally, to rescind the EO, but the GOP blocked it in the courts. So, DHS is still obligated to follow the directives under the EO. The same for any current president unless that President rescinds the EO specifically. And Trump did not do that.

Furthermore, all EO's are based on the law, the United States Code, and the executive privilege doctrine. They are generally limited in scope and cannot be something that Congress did not intend originally when passing legislation. Basically, Trump did not follow the law set in place and no amount of excuse you are giving is going to change that.

Some of the burden has already been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. And others are yet to be proven or identified in an indictment when and if one is provided by the Grand Jury.

That being said, claiming that they are already declassified is extremely problematic for Trump because of the established rules and procedures of how sensitive documents are declassified. And the governmental filing system will be the evidence to prove Trump is wrong on this.

11 documents out of how many boxes of stuff. Come on you don't know everything that was taken and what was on it. One of the documents had three different classifications. Stop acting like you know what the documents were, you don't, no one does. We'll find out though and everyone will be able to judge for themselves. At this point the only thing he can't have must have the classification that requires skiff viewing. TS he can view in his preassigned location in his residence. You must keep in mind everything he took was documented, inventoried, logged, packed and delivered by GSA and turned over to the fbi and archives. Stop acting like they were trying to sneak crap out. The archives wanted some back, then they wanted more back. The fbi is looking into jan 6 and trying to tie trump to that, Garland wanted to kill two birds with one stone. Go get the docs, grab everything else you can and maybe we'll find something else. Now if this ends up as only documents, the left and Garland will be viewed as politically persecuting a potential opponent and history will not judge them kindly.

A story totally debunked by those who were there but as President would have full authority to discuss such classified information with another foreign leaders.

    Not debunked.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Trump's_disclosures_of_classified_information

As I said, not illegal. But wrong. So wrong.

And once again you rush to defend someone who revealed classified information. Who put a US asset’s life at risk.
To you and other trump supporters, your unwavering support of the man is more important than American national security.

You're able to agree I'm a lawyer when it suits you and now want to protest. Convenient.

We're talking about a "standing order" regarding the most redtape fraught area of federal law that was never written down my any of the hundreds of flunkies that would've had to follow it.
No american bureaucrat would fail to record such a standing order.
Why? Because THATS HOW STANDING ORDERS WORK. YOU WRITE THEM DOWN. No one says TRUMP had to write anything down, but his order would've effected hundreds of people and caused them to have in their possession documents the possession of which outside the proper place and time is a ****ing felony. For what purpose would they fail to record that Trump had given the required order to allow the free possession of such documents outside the proper place and time? Its the only thing that stands between them and the federal penitentiary ffs.

He SAID he had a standing order. That means he gave someone an order and said "this is the rule until I say otherwise" and your claim is that all the people who would without that order be committing felonies didn't write it down.

    https://letmegooglethat.com/?q=how+does+declassification+work

You're making so many mispellings your sentences don't make much sense. My interpretation is now you're trying to walk back your statements previously about my professional status but you want to spin it like I'm the one who was rude to you first. Additionally: Hot for does not per se imply sexually attracted, but its very interesting that that is where you went with it and felt the need to comment.
I can say someone has a 'hard on' for someone else, and while it can imply sexual attraction it can also imply a desire for vengeance, justice, comeuppance, schadenfreude, or any number of other motivations.
I can likewise use the phrase "hot for" in substitute of "hard on" and it can be even less likely to refer to sexual attraction. Captain Ahab was "hot for" catching moby dick. Ahab wanted to penetrate moby dick.... with a ****ing harpoon while he killed it.

Says the guy who thinks its perfectly reasonable and plausible that there was a standing order for 4 ****ing years that no one wrote the **** down to make sure they were protected after the whole "lock her up" thing.

Except the evidence doesn't support any such standing order Trump has claimed. To include Trump's own authorized counsel during the course and scope of their representation (an important distinction in the rules of evidence, something I wouldn't have to point out to another lawyer but certainly seem to need to with you people) admitting they had classified materials and promising there were no further materials marked classified. In writing. There is no record of a standing order. His former national security advisor has no knowledge of it FFS.
So he's literally in the same boat hillary was in: In possession of highest level clearance material (TS/SCI) which under the law is not supposed to leave the little room you read it in called a SCIF (secure compartmented information facility) in his private residence, not declassified.
Declassified things are subject to the Freedom of Information Act. That means bureaucrats make a note of it when someone in authority LIKE THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES authorizes its declassification.

When its the standing order in his administration, the entire executive branch has to follow it. Which means when he said "this is declassified now" the ENTIRE executive branch would've taken the steps required under the standing order WHICH GETS WRITTEN DOWN BECAUSE ITS THE RULE PEOPLE FOLLOW ON PAIN OF IMPRISONMENT FFS

AFAIK, it hasn't been applied. Do you have a link that it's been applied?
The president can NOT say abbra cadabra and declassify everything.
Are you saying trump could declassify every document pertaining to nuclear program?
Declassify documents about vital national security? Just by waving is hands and saying so?

If you have proof of that, point to the law that allows it.

If not, admit, you invent things. And of course your fake news is likely where you get your invention from.

The way classification works, is there is an owner. The owner or higher authority can declassify. Are you aware of that? Do you suppose someone "higher" in the government must approve a presidential direction? I believe democrats clapped when Biden chose to not protect the former president's executive privilege. Do you now assert that Biden was wrong to do so, and he had to have permission, as you are here for Trump?

We don't know what in the boxes labeled "A-something" and we don't know the legal significance of the photos listed in the property receipt. However, what is important is the sets of TSSCI, TS, secret, and confidential documents that were listed and received, which is what you guys tend to not focus on, well, pretty much ignore altogether.

And it is more like 11 sets of documents considering the property receipt shows the plural for the word "document" and not the singular.

the owner of those documents is the United States Government. The way classification and declassification work is the issuer, or the originating agency, of where those secret and above documents originate. That agency will have to address any significant issues to be redacted or removed from the document before that document is allowed to be seen in public.

When someone declassifies, whether the owner or a higher authority, all the lower types (you know.... the clerks who do the work) MAKE NOTE OF THE FACT OF DECLASSIFICATION.
If an order is given, they make note of the order itself, who gave it and ****ing when.

So, you see, that isn't exactly true. In fact, the owner is the classifying authority which a government cannot be. Read the law. You're wrong. Classification is a function of the assigner, not the government because government is inanimate and unable. Sorry, your logic is puerile. The sad truth is you wish your logic was sound. But it is not. The ultimate authority is the president. Like that or not. it is. No single agency has more power than a president. Deal with it. If you believe in the idea that an agency has supremacy, you are deluded. That agency is deluded. Which, likely is why so many of y'all are out spouting this BS.
