Only if it is to his personal state income tax return. However, the next step is the state corporate tax evasion case, in which the Grand Jury will need to be paneled again

Oh BS. It's yet another unsourced leak that aligns with your wishcasting. Yet another vain cry for help as these depraved folks desperately try to coordinate in order to fix the 2024 election. You guys have been serving up this crap for 5 years. If it makes you happy to eat it, enjoy, I could care less.

Actually it is an embezzlement case puffed up by politics. In high rent areas, companies often supply housing, and cut their user a 1099. I suspect he deleted his 1099, and the IRS picked it up on an audit.
I presume, the Republican IRS will use its new agents it’s stuck with to audit all residential 1099’s so as to avoid criticism of “unequal enforcement”.
They could also use them to recover some of the stolen Covid and unemployment money.

You see it as hatred, which is your right. I see it as holding people accountable for their actions.

For all “The rule of law” nonsense, you “born again” law and order types turn a blind eye to democrat law breakers.
No where in this wall of BS has this been posted:
“Weisselberg was accused of receiving compensation "unreported or misreported" to the tax authorities, namely benefits such as a company car and a company apartment in New York City.”
And he is not testifying “to get Trump”.
    Like your sources, it’s B.S.

    https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/20...-camera-confirms-groped-pinched-nipple-metoo/

It's right there. You can see her start to try and angle her body and use her arm to prevent his hand from getting to her chest...then when he pinches, she reacts and then realizes she has no where to go and looks helpless.

And then she confirmed it on social media.

But I already know you will watch this with bias goggles so for you, I guess try and pretend that it was Trump and maybe you might get there. And no, I'm not interested in you now ignoring this fact by trying and pivot to "whataboutism" in showing me various pictures of Trump and his daughter or trying to kiss a crying black child on the cheek for a photo op. Not even REMOTELY the same thing as groping a little girls chest.

This happened. It's inconvienant and you all ignore it.

We really really mean this time!!!

    We're not fooling...

    Ahhhh..........nope

"But Mr. Weisselberg will not implicate Mr. Trump or his family if he takes the stand in that trial, the people said, and he has refused to cooperate with prosecutors in their broader investigation into Mr. Trump, who has not been accused of wrongdoing."
    https://dnyuz.com/2022/08/17/plea-deal-requires-weisselberg-to-testify-at-trump-organization-trial/

He will testify about the Trump Organization which he ran and Trump has not been implicated or charged.

This is about the corporation. The investigation concerning Trump personally has gone no where.

Since when are Trump matters not political?

    Btw, from your O/P article:

"The plea deal does not require Mr. Weisselberg to cooperate with the district attorney’s broader criminal investigation of Mr. Trump, and his admissions will not implicate the former president. His willingness to accept jail time rather than turn on Mr. Trump underscores the extent of his loyalty to a family he has served for nearly a half-century, and it helped stymie the larger effort to indict Mr. Trump."

How is the above quoted passage the smoking gun?

If you don’t pay your people well enough, they steal from you. BTW, from the photo he looks a bit old for school age children.
I say audit all Dot Org’s and Foundations. Even the sacred Clinton Foundation. Most are tax dodges from the get go.

It is not an unsourced leak Zorro. Pleading guilty in a criminal case is a matter of public record and it happened less than 30 minutes ago. Part of that plea deal is for him to testify against Trump Organization in the state's upcoming tax evasion trial. The judge sentenced him to 5 months in prison at Rikers Island.

In some cases yes, and in some cases no. I think with him, Allen Weisselberg, there was an extreme lack of audit internal controls to allow what he did to happen and that's the fault of the CEO and the company's owners.

Each case is taken on its own merits. For Hunter Biden, that is still ongoing. For Joe Biden, there is no proof of your allegations. For HRC, any charges and statements should have been made AFTER the general election, not before, because she was a Presidential Candidate at that time. Yet, some 38 people were charged, plead guilty, went to trial, etc. So no win for you there.

He is testifying against the Trump Organization, the company, not Trump himself. But then again, to Trump supporters, the company and the man are pretty much one in the same, yes?

That is not necessarily true. Employees enrich themselves in ways the owners never know until they are caught. Trump has not been charged and Weissleberg is not testifyung against him here.

Except he was the CFO, the head accountant at the firm, who controlled the books. Which is why I said internal controls within the company.

Yes there is evidence he was receiveing financial benefits from the money Hunter was taking in. They had commingled bank accounts and credit card accounts, we have test and emails and testimony of evidence from the CEO directly implicating him. In fact there seems to be more evidence against him than Trump here.

    “I think…” doesn’t cut it.
It is politically targeted enforcement, plain and simple.

And employees, including CFO's and CEO's and COO's, often rip off the companies and the owners don't know until they are caught. I believe then charges Weisselberg is facing deal with HIS taxes and HIS reporting of HIS income.

As I noted above he is not testifying nor has given any evidence.against Trump or any family members. Claims Trump must have known are mere supposition.

with the decades of bad new york press, and the questionable finances of mr trump (leading to russian banks) i will never understand why mr trump even ran for president in the first place while sitting on a mile high mountain of dirt....that is a psychopathic ego of monstrous proportions
