I'll be sorry to see him go. He was the fun pope.

One of his options would be to step down........
and make a woman the new Pope .... if she is willing to taken the role.......

She had a near death experience in which she was shown every major idea within Roman Catholicism and she explained each part of the formula brilliantly......

    Yeah, here's what actually happened....

After somebody in the Vatican woke up and realized that Pope Benedict XVI had been in the Hitler Youth in Austria, everybody in the ultraliberal faction in the Church freaked out and they carried out a coup to throw him out. It didn't matter that after the Anschluss Österreichs in March 1938, ALL male children had to be enrolled in the Hitler Youth -- it was the LAW!

Anyway, after they pushed Benedict out, they went "all-in" to find as Left-wing, 'progressive', anti-business, and pro-homosexual a man as possible to fill the vacated slot... and they came up with this guy, Jorge Bergoglio...now known as "Pope" Francis.

Francis been popular with the far-Left in the Church, but something of a flop with Conservative Roman Catholics who see him more as a neo-socialist politician than the Vicar of Christ. He needs to go, and he never should have been made a "Pope" in the first place... and certainly not while the real Pope Benedict was still alive (and still is!).

[IMG] The media feasted on calling Pope Benedict a "Nazi"....

And Benedict XVI never was a Nazi.

Technically, the hateful 'news' media pointed out that Ratzinger was a Nazi by being a member of the Hitler Youth (Hitlerjugend). It didn't matter to any of these people that, as I mentioned before, after Austria was absorbed into the Third Reich, all male children were BY LAW required to be members of the Hitler Youth. So, the coup against Pope Benedict was merely a successful outgrowth of character-assassination. It worked... and the Church got squishy-liberal "Pope" Francis instead.

Absolutely nothing that dying his hair blue, getting a nose ring, putting in ear-guages, turning a 'tat parlor' loose on his skin, and growing a two-week 'scraggle beard' wouldn't cure. Then he could really 'get lost in the part'....

Would really depend on his successor. I assume you are referring to possible health issues?

In Quebec one of the highest people in the Catholic Church is being accused of sexually assaulting a woman. There’s a class action suit against 88 priests for sexual misconduct. I haven’t followed it much so not sure how valid the accusations are.

The cardinal in Quebec was up to be Pope and a close advisor of current Pope.

    Maybe that’s why?

Here's the thing....during his time as Pontiff, our current Pope has stacked the deck. Appointed close to 20 people to Cardinals. These people are just as progressive as our current Pope. Its a lose, lose situation.
