    The instant Trump was no longer President, he was in violation of National Security by having possession of these documents.
    Presidents do not have any security clearances. It is the office they hold that allows them access to highly classified information.

    A warrant does not prove a crime. It simply states a guess to a crime maybe being violated and specifically what crime is suspected. Besides there was no crime cited in the warrant that had to do with simple possession.

    Any document related to the presidency. Obama took 2 to 3 million to his warehouse fro transcribing into his digital library for instance.

    Eschew wishful dreaming. There were tons of classified documents in the truckloads Obama took to Chicago for instance. They just have to be better protected.

    You asked why anyone would think that what Trump did was wrong or illegal. The warrant answers your question, despite your attempt to shift the goalposts. And you might want to familiarize yourself with what the warrant said and what was found. He was still in possession of the documents. Read attachment B of the warrant, then read the receipt.

    Yeah, you fell for some really, really dumb bull ****. Obama's classified documents are in DC. His non-classified documents are being stored in Chicago . . . in BOTH CASES THEY ARE IN THE POSSESSION AND CUSTODY OF THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES, NOT IN OBAMA'S PERSONAL POSSESSION.

    The three crimes that require either classification or intent to injure the USA? You got neither one. Which means you don’t have a criminal charge and we won’t see one against trump.

    None of the crimes require classification. Not a single one. Nor does the intent just have to be injury. Intending to conceal, for example, is in there.

    That would be incorrect. 793 requires you can show that the intent was injury to the United States.

    I’ll be happy to show you the classification requirements for the other two if you’d like.

    You need to actually read 793. It does not require intent to injure the US. And neither of the other two statues require classification. You seem to have skipped all of the "OR" words in all of the statutes. You can save yourself a lot of embarrassment if you just read the statutes before getting this wrong again. Pay attention to the word "OR" this time.
