Why are you stating what we all already know?

The difference is that Biden clearly and obviously incited anger and violence while Trump urged for a peaceful protest .

I don't see a "date" mentioned in my post or "trump" but sure, feel free to craft whatever wild interpretation you wish. Don't let me stop your fun!

Republican isnt one of preferred characteristics that warrants hate crime enhancements. This is like the death in Charlottesville, except in this incidence the killer clearly expressed his motive. Revealing to see the differences in news coverage.

How do we know the political affiliation of anyone involved in this?

    Are we sure we know?

While it's hard to take the killer at his word for his reason for doing the killing(even worse than this was his immediate pleas of his wife and children. What a callous individual, he's willing to murder an 18 year old in cold blood with a vehicle, but heaven forbid he leaves his wife and family.) there really isn't more to the story needed. There was no threat to the killer inside of his vehicle, an SUV at that. Those windows for example were likely tinted, I bet he could scarcely see the murderer. He just saw the car headlights in his final moments.

Hmm.. are you sure? Because Biden labeled all Republicans as enemies of the state, are you suggesting that his designation absolves the actions of the murderer here?

One has to wonder why democrats have rallied to support this murder and his actions.

I think there is more to the story. And I doubt that the driver of the SUV could have known the political affiliation of the victim. I assume there are other more honest motivations, we just don't know them yet.

Yep so when when the Dems hold hearings on whether to impeach him for inciting the murder of an 18 year old?

This is what you fundamentally don't understand:

You disagree with the bolded quote of Trump you provided because, in your opinion, not everyone can be very fine. Only the people who agree with you can be very fine.

where did I say anything about Trump.... funny how when I say it after a tragic event you see an issue with it

we all know Trump's words were more than just the words themselves, it was the timing as well.... you seem to get that when I used the same words ... interesting

Oh I totally agree. He will be found guilty.

but it seems that the only reason people are interested in the story is the possible political motive, and I have seen any evidence for that other than what the murderer said.

The killers statement to the police that the kid was a "Republican extremist"

    Why?

Do you always kill people you see as a threat?

The victims actual political affiliation really isnt as relevant as the killers perception of the kids political affiliation. And not much better evidence than the killers own statements for that.

You are ignoring some very important facts. The first fact, the person was drunk when he did this and when he had the conversation with the kid, etc. Drunk people can get aggressive, can get agility, and can get abusive and violent. Even the ND DA, who is a Republican I do believe is not charging him with a hate crime or has said it was because of "incitement to violence" by a Biden Speech.

Because you were stating something about hate crime and race with one person black and the other person white. I was merely pointing out that no hate crime based on race exists and yet you brought it up.

Drunk people while driving do stupid things. We have had DUI vehicular homicides from drivers who run over people while waiting at the intersection to cross. This is no different.

Because those things are irrelevant to the case. Being Republican isnt one of the favored categories covered by hate crime laws.
