No mention of the MAGA teen murdered for disagreeing with 41 yo?

Being white is not something exclusive to not having a hate crime charge. We have some whites who hate other whites, who happen to be Jews. They are called Nazis or Neo-Nazis. And if evidence points out as the primary reason for the crime, then a hate crime may be charged. Hispanics, as an ethnicity, can be white, black, or even Asian. And some people again hate Hispanics. Some may be white, black or even Asian. But that again is not the reason for the hate crime being charged.

the problem I have with some members on this forum with this situation is trying to make this out to more than what it really is. It is simply a vehicular homicide with intoxication as the cause. What he said under oath as a confession should be taken at face value. He admits he did and that is how the prosecution is going to hammer him if he decides to plead not guilty and go to trial.

 

He should be charged with terrorism.

 

If it is really true that he targeted the person because of his political affiliation, I will call it terrorism.

 

He said that's why he killed the dude. He literally confessed.

This DUI guy is going to prison too, as he should. As for Charlottesville, these supremacist groups are affiliated with each other and supported Trump, but of course that does not mean all his supporters were supremacists. The protest in Charlottesville was called "unite the right" for a reason. Its an uneasy association, much like the left and Antifa. Neither side asked the fringe to associate with them.

For that matter, for the life of me, I cannot imagine why anyone would even try to watch every second of a 6 hour gathering. Are you obsessed or something? It does not matter. Even 500 is enough that you cannot summarily declare everyone there in favor of a statue as bad people. It is a nonsensical declaration. We have covered all of this already. At this point, it just feels like you are wanting to bicker over literally nothing. Is there a larger point that you are trying to make right now?
