This should be VERY concerning news for Trump. Because the only thing that has kept him out of prison is concern about disturbances his fanatics might cause when he's hauled off to prison.

Yes, the GOP is so "reinvigorated" that it lost the House, the Senate and White House. If it gets an more "reinvigorated", it's going to collapse and die.

The Reps have a fine stable of possible Presidents, it's the Dems who should be worrying. You don't support Biden for another run do you?

He said he would not do so. Your post proves you have never read his authorizing document. He had a duty to bring any criminal charges he found with a referral to the AG to be taken to the Congress if necessary for an impeachment and removal. He brought NONE. And the AG the DAG and OLC all agreed there were no crimes in the evidence presented.

BTW Rubio nor any Republicans had anything to do with the dossier. That was an entire separate job for which Fusion GPS was hired. Again you demonstrate you have idea what you are talking about. The Dossier was what got the Mueller investigation started after Comey in his infamous meeting with Trump brought it up to him then went back and leaked his notes about it to the MSM. That fact that Mueller testified he had no idea who Fusion GPS was shows how lacking an investigation it was.

    Oh, God.

Quote Mueller stating what you claimed he said. You have two days. If you can't, I'll correct you once again. A guy could make a career out of that.

Quote him saying he was bringing criminal charges I've been waiting FIVE YEARS. I will give you two days. If you can't, I'll correct you once again. Cite the charges he brought I've been waiting FIVE YEARS. I will give you two days. If you can't, I'll correct you once again. There was NO provision stating he could not bring those charges and in fact his authorizing documents says he will report the crimes he finds. Cite for this authorizing document where it says "except for the President" I will give you two days. If you can't, I'll correct you once again. As with Clinton and Starr his job was investigate for CRIMINAL charges against Trump and report them to the AG for a referral to the Congress for impeachment and removal so prosecution could begin.

He said he would not bring charges because a sitting President could not be SERVED THE INDICTMENT and prosecuted while in office...............................well so what that did not prevent him from making the referral TO BRING AN INDICTMENT for SPECIFIC CRIMES and then have the Congress impeach and remove him from office so the prosecution could begin and if Congress choose not to remove then the charges held until he leaves office LIKE WITH PRESIDENT CLINTON. Did he keep the office open and present Trump with an indictment as he left office NO because he had no crime on which to indict him.

If, as you are claim, his office was established under some rule that he could not prosecute then what he was he doing? If Trump had murdered Melania while President would he be a free man today because he did it while he was President therefore he cannot be charged with a crime. What yo are trying to claim is as absurd a Mueller who didn't even know what his own investigation was doing or found.

"First, a traditional prosecution or declination decision entails a binary determination to initiate or decline a prosecution, but we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment. The Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) has issued an opinion finding that "t he indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would impermissibly undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions" in violation of "the constitutional separation of powers." 1 Given the role of the Special Counsel as an attorney in the Department of Justice and the framework of the Special Counsel regulations , see 28 U.S.C. § 515; 28 C.F.R. § 600.7(a), this Office accepted OLC's legal conclusion for the purpose of exercising prosecutorial jurisdiction. And apart from OLC's constitutional view, we recognized that a federal criminal accusation against a sitting President would place burdens on the President's capacity to govern and potentially preempt constitutional processes for addressing presidential misconduct. 2

Second, while the OLC opinion concludes that a sitting President may not be prosecuted, it recognizes that a criminal investigation during the President's term is permissible . 3 The OLC opinion also recognizes that a President does not have immunity after he leaves office. "

    *LOL*

Wrong again. And, WRT to the above post, we've been over that idiotic scenario before. That's not what happened. If it did, I suspect a STATE would prosecute the President.

Yes the charges are brought and a referral is made to the Congress, they are impeached and removed or barring a non-removal the charges are held until they leave office and THEN the indictment is SERVED and either plea bargain or prosecuted. Were you not around with CRIMINAL CHARGES were brought against Clinton and he was impeached for them?

So, he's "reinvigorated" the GOP after losing the House, the Senate and the WH?

He won in 2016 and will win again in 2024 if he wins. In the meantime his support will lead to Republican majorities in both the House and Senate. The Dems will be on the sidelines whining.

I only voted for Trump to stick my thumb in the eye of those who harp on the non-existent "the popular vote". He was going to win my state anyway. Wrote in Jeff Sessions the first time.

So why would you vote for Biden again since he has been a total failure as President?
