The FBI is using corrupt methods and taking advantage of biased DC jury pools to take away suspects civil rights, particularly where extended pre-trial confinement is concerned.
In essence, a law enforcement branch of the US government is corrupt and has gone rogue under the cover of greatly enhanced “Qualified Immunity”. IOW, no outside entity can lay a glove on them. <Mod Edit>

I take what I hear on FOX and any MSM station with a grain of salt but supposedly 100s of FBI whistle blowers are coming forward?
If true, at least it means they aren't ALL corrupt slaves of the democrat machine

I don’t know about the hundreds, but yeah, agents are coming forward.
Obviously, sending SWAT teams for political reasons is designed to provoke rather than to enforce any laws, especially misdemeanors.

The Koresh raid and deaths could have been prevented by arresting him un dramatically at the Piggly Wiggly while buying highlighters for his bibles.

They finally had to use a tank to burn out the building, children and all. He is called the bad guy because a couple of agents died during the assault.

Maybe he is called a bad guy because of the child rape.

I didn't miss the point. You just left out some of the reasons that people say Koresh was a bad guy.

Maybe you see him primarily as a poor victim of the deep state.

In his Senate Committee hearing, AG Garland promised us a neutral department of justice. He clearly has lied on that front. Ideally we impeach the attorney general, but at the very least by electing someone to replace Biden that is another way to remove the corrupt attorney general.

The FBI has been corrupt since its inception, but it's very good to see whistleblowers like Friend coming forward. Call me naive, but having known several FBI agents over the years, I think the rank & file are good men and women. It's the leadership that fails.

FINALLY, SOME PUSHBACK FROM THE RANKS AGAINST THE CORRUPTION AT THE TOP OF THE FBI: 30 ex-FBI agents stand up to support whistleblower who exposed agency’s political bias.

'Thirty former FBI agents, including a retired deputy assistant director, head of counterterrorism and five SWAT team members, have spoken out publicly in support of suspended FBI whistleblower Stephen Friend.'

'Their heartfelt messages, obtained exclusively by The Post, show a deep and widespread anguish about the politicization of the FBI.'

“It’s time to stop the FBI from being the enforcer of a political party’s ideology,” says Ernie Tibaldi, a retired agent from San Francisco. “We need to re-establish the FBI as the apolitical and independent law enforcement entity that it always was.”

'He expressed gratitude to Friend “for having the courage to stand up to the corruption that has taken over the leadership of the FBI.”'

'Many former agents hailed Friend, a SWAT team member in Florida, as a “hero” after he was punished for refusing to participate in unnecessarily heavy-handed SWAT raids over Jan. 6 misdemeanors.'

'In his whistleblower complaint to the Department of Justice inspector general, Friend charged that the FBI has been manipulating case-file management in order to falsely inflate the threat of domestic terrorism, and using unconstitutional excessive force against political dissenters.'

This is the retired ranks. Where are the rest of the serving agents who swore an oath?
