U.S. States That Wish to Join Russia Will Be Considered, Says Duma Member

Perhaps it would be a good lesson to all the brainwashed uneducated poorly informed dopes in the USA if one of the trash states votes to secede from the union and
joins the Russian federation. Their economy would crash in about 8 minutes, they would not receive any more of the tens of millions of dollars they receive from the US government, they would not be able to communicate with nor enter the rest of the country, nor have mail service, national guard, corps of engineers, military protection, custom and border services, tariffs, national banks, national healthcare and media companies, national anything in fact, and every other benefit a dumb state gets from the rest of us citizens. The states most red and most in ideological hell are the worst off of all, so let one go and let everyone else see what happens when you do things as dumb as you think. And, think about this--most people in the state would have no idea about and no involvement in the secession, so once they caught on that they were screwed royally, there would be perpetual revolt against the rabid nut job politicians and oligarchs who financed them.

The rest of us would be perplexed about whether to laugh or wish them even more harm.

LT Gov Dan Patrick stopped it both times, as the LT Gov gets to set the calendar for the Senate. So he never set it for a vote, then publicly bragged about that fact. He still gets elected and I will frankly be shocked if either the dem or libertarian candidate is able to supplant him. Like knock me down with a feather shocked.
Literally the house and senate are on board and its LITERALLY dan patrick that has stopped it both times. On his own. Because LT Govs have that power in Texas.
