Oh no, did he give a speech in front of the world and their leaders at a conference and get laughed at again?
Oh wait, that was a different senile president.

I think everyone’s student loans should be forgiven, insofar as you and your family are able to pay for it. Which admittedly won’t be much but hey, if you’re okay with other people paying for other people why shouldn’t I be okay with you and yours paying it instead?

Enjoy our tax bucks! I would be taking advantage of this also if I took out loans so I don't mean that in a bad way. (not towards you anyway)

It's pretty short sighted to not realize that the country is better off the more educated people are.

Of course, we wouldn't have idiots like MTG and Trump getting elected if it wasn't for an uneducated electorate, so Republicans oppose it.

You don't get to pick and choose what your tax dollars are spent on.

It’s pretty shortsighted to have no idea that we can’t afford free college for everyone. Biden’s tiny little program costs 400 billion, want to run the numbers on how much free college for everyone would cost?

so no, free college is not the answer as few 5th grade 1 dimensional zero thought into it answers are

Free college to anyone who can pass would be a net profit for the country.

    No you won't.

No matter who is in office, you won't get to pick and choose what your tax dollars are spent on.

what part of “we can’t afford it” do you not understand? And if you can’t understand that, how on earth are you able to calculate the costs and effects enough to have the audacity to make a statement about net benefit?

We can afford it. It would end up increasing GDP more than it cost.

The key words with Democrats are alway, "Could, Might and the ever popular SHOULD"! Without hypotheticals the looney DNC has not a concrete plan one, ever! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Education and intelligence are two different things. I have worked around people who could not wipe their own butts with the diplomas they got from their schooling... Give me the man that can do the job, not the educated idiot that can't... and MTG and Trump get the job done...

Let me know which part of my post escaped comprehension. I'm pretty sure if anyone reads the conversation they'll see who won the game.

Lee Atwater: Not even the states contesting the debt forgiveness are claiming it's unconstitutional. They just say it irreparably harms them.

CornPop: A lawsuit needs to be tailored to your standing. If a state is filing the lawsuit, they must show themselves as the aggrieved party. That is why they claimed they would be irreparably harmed by the action.

Additionally, it's not true that they didn't claim the action was unconstitutional. They did. Their entire lawsuit was about separation of powers and violating the Administrative Procedure Act. So I say again. Your posts strike me as coming from an extremist opinion site that lacks basic understanding of the law or the topic. Any novice (and most educated adults) knows that in order to bring civil suit you must have legal standing negating your entire premise. Additionally, it is factually incorrect that the states did not claim the action was unconstitutional. They did so repeatedly. Not only that, there are other lawsuits from individuals who are suing and do not make the argument that their state would be irreparably harmed. Their lawsuits are tailored to their personal impact.

As long as I chose the people spending our tax dollars... I have a say, no matter how little, in how they are being spent by whom... So I least have a say in people like Biden and Congress pissing our money away on their stupid stuff whether you think so or not...
