Intellectual Property shouldn't exist.

This prevents corportations from getting patents/copyright, it should be tied to the individual to protect public interest and the interest of the individual regardless of the contract a patent can't be filed given or sold to a corportation.

For copy right any creative work would be protected. If you take something and change it to make it your own you are protected likewise if someone takes an item and can improve it then they are immune from the patent.

Brands are still brands but items are not protected. Functionality is what counts if Ford creates a water combustion engine for example, the creator gets their year to sell it before the next person can but if they take that engine and turn the water into O and Carbon to create extra fuel they are safe from the patent.

It's intentionally simplistic. So that everyone is under the same standard. A you got a patent/copy right. B you have proof they took your idea and built it. then you get automatic 10% royalty for a year.

 

This is about you getting free stuff. Just admit it. This is socialism. Big Corporations and big government would love this.

Corporations will cease to patent. They will simply hide the methods they use to make things. They will likely assassinate those who might leak ideas. Corporations and government will have permanent control over all production.

All music will be like K-Pop and TV shows will be like The Kardashians. Movies as we know them will cease to exist.

This thread is getting silly. In real life one side is the fact that we WANT new songs, books, inventions, and the only way to encourage them is w/ money.

The other side is the fact that most IP is given away free any way --open source software is big business, people write code for free and get paid handsomely to support it. Other IP is given away because its use enhances the sale of some other product.

but I understand what you mean. There is a major difference between willfull ignorance, from people that could care less about morality, and the real truth, and those that are more innocent in life, such as children.

either way, one can be taught, if they're willing to learn the truth. At least a child has someone of an excuse, because they're still learning morality and the truth.

Because they've been going after minorities, and women and children for years. The problem is the older generation still doesn't vote with them.
