Is there some sort of proof that there are foreign financed groups taking advantage of the protest movement? Which ones?

There is proof. And the ones doing it are easily identifiable. I will address both issues when I am less preoccupied as I am busy these days watching the World Cup.

The collapse of a dam usually starts with a small leak.

We'll see. They have an uphill battle for sure. If it ever came to government overthrow, fully expect Russia to get involved and offer aid. It absolutely is in their interest that their government never goes democratic or westernized.

Although it might end up with some version of a democratic government, it's a Muslim country and therefore won't be "westernized."

Westernized more in the sense of governance and not religion.

Once the Ayatollahs gain nuclear weapons, that will be the end of Persian coup attempts.
Iran will become North Korea number 2

Please do. But I'm sure it won't be necessary to do so many times. To be sure, "proof" on the issue (even for those open-minded enough to want to dispassionately sift through the evidence) will require some effort and time on my part as the sources many here are more inclined to trust are mainly focused on pushing propaganda. Still, there are enough reports from even such sources and I will have to just put the time and effort to find them and sometimes dust them up from the avalanche of lies which have been used to bury them. The evidence I will present should meet a reasonable standard of proof from what can be factually presented even from open sources on a message board. I am willing to put that time and effort pro bono. I will do so for my own reasons: reasons that are motivated neither by what the (corrupt) regime in Iran cares about nor by what its greedy, lying, avaricious enemies are interested in it all.

As I mentioned, the legal framework will take a bit of time and will meet some resistance too. But this Christian Science Monitor piece I think covers this particular issue, more or less, fairly/accurately:
    https://www.csmonitor.com/World/Mid...s-protestors-gaining-ground-It-s-hard-to-tell
Are Iran’s protestors gaining ground? It’s hard to tell.
Already, even before the protests, when I was in Iran during the summer, you could see a sharp increase in the number of women not wearing the mandatory headscarf in public. But now, based on what I am hearing from family members, it has become very prevalent and something akin to voluntary outside of government offices.

There have been 2 main impediments to reform in this area, neither really based on religious belief as (1) opposition by the top leadership which views the hijab as sort of a symbol or flag of loyalty/disloyalty to the regime and a signal about the "sources of emulation" for Iran's youth; and (2) opposition from less affluent Iranians, not so much based on religious belief, but the more visible socio-economic distinctions when everyone is not wearing something akin to a uniform. Since this class is the mainstay of the regime's support and an important element in the electoral base of its politicians, the kind of widespread protests we have seen were kind of necessary to get the ball moving sufficiently on this issue.

Iran's government is corrupt, far from being inclusive or free enough, but anyone who imagines its a simple dictatorship that isn't mindful of public sentiments of its voters, doesn't understand the politics in Iran at all.

Perhaps, but not every leak means the dam is going to collapse. I hope you are right, but history suggests caution.

Incidentally, below you can watch a video from a surprise visit by Iran's president a couple of days walking through the bazaar in Sanandaj, a major hub of anti-regime disturbances in Iran's Kurdish region. The hospitable Kurds gave him a very warm welcome. Later many of these shopkeepers were threatened by the terrorist groups I have alluded to and began posting video and messages on social media apologizing for the warm reception they had given to Raisi.
