    Which is not wholly true.

In his MAGATwitter, the failed former president clearly states that some of the Constitution and Bill of Rights should be terminated.

    Keep this in mind.

It has been 2 years since Trump lost. Yes, two years, yes, he lost.

He is still whining about it.

If that were the case then no articles would need to be “terminated “. Or maybe you’re wrong.

Hillary is still whining about hers too. They're never going to shut up about it, you have to start ignoring them.

I hope you are right Gray, but also keep in mind, that even tho we hear it directly from the horses mouth, that doesn't necessarily mean that the horse is telling truth. The real problem in America is that we have equated the right of free speech to include a right to lie. Our politicians use that to drive their own agendas, and to gain power. IMHO, that is shown out in the fact that politicians never tell us what they are going to do for us anymore, they are always telling you what the other guy did and why the other guy is bad, truth be damned.

I honestly dont know the answer to the overall problem, but what Elon is doing at twitter is not helping, even a little bit. Everyone is cheering calling it "free speech" , when in reality they are cheering the right to lie. The twitter files are a case in point. Matt Tiabi makes the claim that Twitter somehow effected the election by suppressing posts about one candidate, and then as almost an aside says "but both sides were allowed to suppress posts" that in itself is the problem. And if your actually getting your "news" from Twitter, from "Bob the Patriot 1754", your doing it wrong, and you are a bigger part of the problem.

And before everyone looses their minds, i freely admit BOTH SIDES DO IT !!! But the beauty of social media is that it gives everyone a voice, the PROBLEM with social media is that it gives everyone a voice :eyepopping:. But because everyone has a voice, everyone believes what they read. That can be based on confirmation bias, but it also is based on algorithms on these sites that are solely designed to drive views. Social media in america today is a cesspool driven by capitalist greed.

For the record, Im OK with Elon taking over Twitter, but I also am smart enough to realize that the division he is helping create is good business for him. The capitalists are at a point where their capitalism is actually bad for, and hurting the country. But the citizens just keep eating it up, and drinking the capitalist kool-aid which is what Elon is selling. He knows that the division we have is god for his platform, and his pocketbook, so it benefits him to drive that division.

Im not sure what the fix is here, but I think we need to at least start thinking about how we fix it, or in a short time, we may not be able to fix it and be beyond saving this great experiment we call America

Is this the post you were talking about? It's the only one I can find directly addressing the issue, but it's not an argument against the position I outlined, just a denigration of it. To be clear, I think what Trump said was outrageous, but the semantic discussion defending the absolutist position seems to me a complete waste of time; in literal terms, it's simply not what he said. Feel free to correct me.

The defenses are just as semantic. No one is claiming that Trump wanted to get rid of every single article, jot, and tittle of the Constitution.

If you say Trump wants to "terminate the constitution", that is what you're saying.

Sure seems like Trump whines 1000 louder and more often than Hillary. I can't remember the last time I heard Hillary open her mouth, while Trump won't talk about anything else.

    Its the same thing.

Again, semantics. No one is claiming that Trump wants to get rid of every single article. It's the equivalent of someone quibbling, "Well, you said I mutilated your body, but I only mutilated half of it! Not the whole thing! So you can't say I mutilated your body."

She is? Really? She ongoing on Twitter screaming about it like a petulant baby? Whining some crappy conspiracy theory? Whining to overthrow our system of government and install herself as a dictator?

Can you link me to something that supports your dubious claim?

If we have a legal agreement between us, and that agreement is terminated, does any part of the agreement remain in effect?

She still holds out, every time she is asked, and often volunteers without being asked, that she really won 2016.
She's not as bad about it as trump, that doesn't mean she doesn't need to shut the **** up about it just like he does.

Why don't you google "hillary claims she won 2016" first. If you have trouble finding it, I'll help you.

But, although Extremely RARE, an Infinitesimal Amount of Election Do-Overs HAVE Occurred:

However, what Trump is talking about (as is 100% the case, whenever that Orange Moron opens his mouth) is Pure IDIOCY...

That's mostly because he's more popular than she is. You can tell by how he won that election they had between them. He's also crazier.

No. You made a claim. Have you as link to it? Post it. Post where she does what Orange Allah does. Post it. Support your claim.

Now, I know what you said is not true, just mindless support of a the Orange Cult leader. But let's see you support what you said.

Interesting question. The answer colloquially is obviously yes, but in fact, part of the body remains unmutilated. There is no such equivocation with legal agreements - if an agreement is terminated, that means the whole thing; otherwise you'd say that part of the agreement was terminated.

So when Trump advocates terminating part of the Constitution (which he explicitly has), he's advocating the termination of all of it? So, either way, we come back to the characterization being correct.

Hillary could whine in the social media as much, or more than him, but she doesn't.

No. If you repeal the second amendment for example, the rest of the constitution can remain in force. Or do you think my "Yes" to your analogy makes your point correct? I've explained what I see as the flaw in the analogy.

With an AMENDMENT, yes. Trump wasn't talking about an amendment.
