Just out of curiosity: Have you checked the credentials of that "guest blogger"? Maybe check the number of peer-reviewed studies and papers he has to his credit, or maybe consider the source of his data?

Where specifically in New England? I ask only because I live in New England and where I am is well below -106 wind chill.

Are you seriously unaware that the Holocene Climate Optimum and thermal maximum was 8,000 years ago?

 

Well, I'm sure that they could go for a little bit of that "global warming"! That's colder than the average temperature on Mars, by a LOT!

 

So you don’t know the difference between weather and climate. Got it.

 

It's all fair since alarmists never fail to invoke virtually all weather events as evidence for AGW. What goes around comes around.

Your post was an example of a well-known propaganda tactic: Criticize the opponent for an action your allies take all the time.

 

Um...yeah...all I did was point out something factually accurate. Sorry if that made you butt-hurt. And I don't have allies. I speak for myself and only myself. I have no idea if climate change is as bad as some say. But I DO know there is a difference between weather and climate. Sorry if you didn't.

 

And that's another propaganda tactic: Dodge the substance to launch a personal attack.
My point is simply that alarmists have no grounds to make the weather-vs-climate claim because they themselves deliberately conflate the two all the time.
