Did you not read the post you'd quoted (also rhetorical)? It ends: "it raises the question: Why did he resist? It's very likely he resisted because he felt the need to save his life." Ritter agreed, adding that the "natural human instinct may be to resist when five people are essentially beating up on you." It should be noted that any "resistance" by Nichols, was "not violent" according to the legal experts, quoted, and certainly less physical than the completely uncalled for violence of the police, before any resistance, by Nichols.

So there's no evidence to suggest the Bible says to enslave ppl with black skin.

So why were Europe and America's rulers soooo racist as to make up that lie? Why were black folk such a threat to them that they had to fabricate holy scriptures?

Using the Bible as their justification made it all ordained by their God.
It was agreed upon by Christian slave owners and most slave owners in the US were white Christians.
    They all enabled each other.
I wouldn't call them a threat, their mind set was black people were less than human and they were doing them a favor by enslaving them.
    African slaves were a commodity-property.

    How did people justify slavery?
    Aniela Cobian • Aug 23, 2021

    snip:

"What were these false notions? During the era of slavery in America, slave owners/supporters, )southerners especially), formed several unreasonable or flat out untrue justifications for it. Some argued that it was natural order taking its course, saying Africans were inferior beings. This made it acceptable to treat them as less than human, because they believed they were. Others claimed that slavery was good for the enslaved because it was better to be enslaved than free and dead of starvation, or because they were unable to make any decisions for themselves. There were, of course, “arguments” that weren’t arguments at all, like the fact that slavery was not only legal, but acceptable in the society they’d built and fought to keep.

There was, however, one justification that stands out, and that is that slavery was supported in the bible. A majority of white Americans, slaveholders and abolitionists alike, identified with Christianity, so using religion, something they agree on, to support their distorted view of slavery was likely the most effective approach.

Clearly Africans were not sub human, at the time Europeans entered west Africa, the Mali King was the wealthiest man on the planet, who travelled across the globe with his royal family. Everybody knew it was lies so why the hatred of another?

Surely it's a matter of jealousy as to why whites became so racist???

We are investigating a tip that 3 of the 5 officers in the Memphis PD beating of Tyre Nichols were members of the Vice Lords gang and under their direction. Other gang directed beatings were reportedly found on their phones. Recordings as proof of carrying out the beating.

    Replying to

According to our source, they somehow were hired because the standards have dropped since police departments have had a hard time hiring, due to BLM movement.

All of the cops involved had been with Memphis PD 2-5 years each, which coincides with the exodus of White cops and the city’s stated push to hire majority (exclusively) black officers.

Update: Allegedly there is a Bonding company in Chattanooga that many believe is financially backed by the Vice Lords. Huge bonds are being made by this one company for this certain gang. They have members working as jail officers as well. It seems they have people everywhere.

Remember the good old days when it was only white cops who were racists? Now the race baiter supreme says the all are.

What would this have to do with his untimely death at the hands of police?

A history with police could explain why it escalated to the point it did. Notice I said explain, not condone. I'd like to hear the cop side.

if he had a history of felonies and heavy drug use and fighting the cops, which a lot of people who run from the cops and fight with them do, I’d call that relevant.

What difference would it make if he did? But....I have scoured the www to establish if he was known adversary to Coppers and I can find NOTHING to suggest so. This is the most detail I have read:

Tyre Nichols was a 'good kid' who enjoyed skateboarding, photography and sunsets, his family says

Nichols moved to Memphis before the Covid-19 pandemic and got stuck there when things shut down, his mother said.

When he wasn’t working the second shift at FedEx, Nichols enjoyed photography and skateboarding, something he had been doing since he was 6.

Nichols had Crohn’s disease, a digestive issue, and was a slim 140 to 145 pounds despite his 6-foot-3-inch height, his mother said.

Earlier I posted something from a person who said the cops may have been working for a gang. When I saw the video of the cop walking up to a guy on the ground and kicking him in the head I started to think there might be more to this than an simple traffic stop, my thoughts were the cops wanted to hurt the guy from the beginning. I have no idea if this guy was in a gang or not and I’m not suggesting he was. What I am suggesting is this guy may have been targeted.

    Character assassination is “okay”?
See, what it sounds like is, “Gee, cops don’t usually beat the pulp out of someone who has never been in trouble before, so we should check to see if ‘he had it coming’!”
The correct answer is “nobody has it coming” unless they were actively trying to injure or kill the police or the other citizens nearby.

You really do like playing the victim game.

Tyre Nichols or anyone's history or non-history with police is irrelevant.
Actions speak louder than words and their illegal inhumane actions were all caught on cop cams and local security cameras.

"WELCOME THE WORLD THROUGH MY EYES"

    Hey guys,

My name is Tyre D. Nichols. I am an aspiring photographer. Well I mostly do this stuff for fun but i enjoy it very much. Photography helps me look at the world in a more creative way. It expresses me in ways i cannot write down for people. I take different types of photograhy, anywhere from action sports to rural photos, to bodies of water and my favorite.. landscape photography. My vision is to bring my viewers deep into what i am seeing through my eye and out through my lens. People have a story to tell why not capture it instead of doing the "norm" and writing it down or speaking it. I hope to one day let people see what i see and to hopefully admire my work based on the quality and ideals of my work. So on that note enjoy my page and let me know what you think.

    Your friend,

    Tyre D. Nichols

There is only a narrow explanation for what happened and the officers involved have been disciplined and will face trial. I think there is room for the rest of the story from the officers side.

And that takes us where? I don't need to know anything about these animal former coppers...their conduct says it all.
