No, I believe it because I've read the transcript of the phone call with Raffensperger. I believe it because I was in the military and had to deal with classified documents and know what the consequences of mishandling them are.

It's all politically motivated. So the prosecutor's credibility is garbage, at this point.

Yeah, Georgia isn't going anywhere. After the jury foreman went on her media tour? That's over. You're going to hate her...lol

Do you ever read any of the replies to your posts?

I've already said Personally I think the Manhattan DA issues are silly and should not have gotten this far. But Georgia is going to bite him in the butt and so is Jack Smith, the Federal Special Counsel.

We do not know what Jack Smith has but I can guarantee that it's a TON more than anything Biden may have done.

    1. Trump was asked repeatedly to turn over any government documents he had. It wasn't until the FBI got a warrant that we finally got all of them
    2. Twice, before the warrant, Trump turned over documents and his lawyers then signed a statement saying that everything had been turned over. That was not true since the FBI search turned up at least 100 more documents.
    3. Judge Howell has recently ruled that Trump lawyer Evan Corcoran must answer questions for the Grand Jury that the Special Counsel is using because the government has shown that any attorney client privilege that Trump and Corcoran might have had is waived because the government had made a "prima facie showing that the former president had committed criminal violations,". An appeal on Judge Howell's ruling was denied 3-0 by a panel of the DC Court of appeals.

So to even try to compare what is going on with Trump to the situation with Biden is laughable.

No, he was asked to turn over classified documents he had, while HE had the authority to de classify any document while President.
And if we assume he had classified documents he shouldnt have, they were secured in a closet with extra locks requested by the archive in an extremely secure location for a year. In contrast to Biden who had no such authority to de classify documents, in possession of classified documents he shouldnt have for DECADES in UNSECURE locations. A "TON more" than Trump

Why no mention of Cohen's 2018 letter?

Michael Cohen claimed he was not reimbursed by Donald Trump or his organization for hush money payments to porn actress Stormy Daniels in a 2018 letter to federal authorities, contradicting his recent grand jury testimony,

The bombshell document, exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com, could throw a wrench in the works of prosecutors pursuing criminal charges against Trump over the payments.

So I've been busy with things like work and the real world.

Is Trump indicted? Was there another major insurrection? You know, bigger than Pearl Harbor and the Civil War?

    Curious minds want to know.

But, Biden cooperated with the authorities when his lawyers (high priced packers and movers) discovered classified documents in his offices and residences (which makes you wonder if they had clearances to look at them). Don't ask who else had the opportunity to look at those classified documents during the many years they were in his possession. Don't ask if our National Security was at risk as a result of him having classified documents he had absolutely no right to even take home with him as a Senator. All that matters is he didn't try to hide them (once his movers, hmm lawyers found them stashed away in an office Chinese nationals funded). Another story of Democratic corruption swept under the rug. And they wonder why we accuse them of having double standards.

    Exactly.

Brandon cooperated once he was caught because he knew nothing was going to happen to him. That’s it.

When interviewed by Newsmax Ron DeSantis said exactly the same. In fact, he went on to say, 'There's an epidemic of these guys', i.e. DAs funded by Soros.

Then later Rep. Tom Tiffany (Wisconsin) said the same thing, i.e. DAs funded by Soros.

Why do you think everything not reported by the Fake News is 'ridiculous'?

To those who think Prof. Dershowitz has 'lost his mind' how could he author a work like this?

In Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law, Alan Dershowitz—#1 New York Times bestselling author and one of America’s most respected legal scholars—analyses the unremitting efforts by political opponents of Donald Trump to “get” him—to stop him from running in 2024—at any cost.

Alan Dershowitz has been called “one of the most prominent and consistent defenders of civil liberties in America” by Politico and “the nation’s most peripatetic civil liberties lawyer and one of its most distinguished defenders of individual rights” by Newsweek.

Get Trump makes clear that unconstitutional efforts to stop Trump from retaking the presidency challenge the very foundations of our liberty: due process, right to counsel, and free speech. Those who justify these dangerous departures from the rule of law argue that the threat posed by a second Trump presidency is “different” and “immediate,” while the departures from constitutional norms are longer term and more abstract.

The essence of justice is that it must be equally applicable to all, Dershowitz notes. No one is above the law but digging to find crimes in order to influence an election does not constitute the equal application of the law.

    https://www.amazon.com/Get-Trump-Liberties-Process-Constitutional/dp/1510777814

    And:

Harvard law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax on Friday that any judge who rules in favor of former President Donald Trump as he fights legal battles on several fronts will be subject to the kind of ridicule that suspected communists faced during the era of Sen. Joe McCarthy in the 1950s.

"If you are perceived as enabling Trump in the in the [left-wing] communities of New York and Washington, D.C., your personal life will be affected; and judges are influenced by that," Dershowitz told "Rob Schmitt Tonight." "That's why there cannot be a trial of Trump either in Manhattan or in the District of Columbia, because no judge will have the courage to throw out the case and have their personal and family and professional lives ruined.

"We are living in an age of left-wing McCarthyism, and I went through the original McCarthyism. This is extraordinarily dangerous."

Dershowitz said he was outraged when an attorney for Trump, Evan Corcoran, was forced to testify Friday in front of a federal grand jury investigating the former president's handling of classified documents a week after a federal judge waived Corcoran's attorney-client privilege because the judge believed Trump lied to Corcoran.

"Look, if a judge rules that if a client lies to his lawyer, the privilege is waived, I have to tell you: I've been doing this 60 years," Dershowitz said, "I think virtually every client I have ever had has lied to me. It's a common thing.

"... The idea that the privilege is waived by a client lying to his lawyer totally eviscerates the privilege."

Dershowitz said in his new book, "Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law," he devotes a chapter on how anyone in the legal profession who has defended Trump is being targeted.

The 65 Project, which was founded by Democratic consultant and former senior Clinton administration official Melissa Moss, is seeking to disbar 111 lawyers in 26 states who worked on Trump's post-2020 election lawsuits, according to Axios.

"It's part of a process of get Trump," Dershowitz said. "And I didn't invent the term 'get Trump.' That was invented by the attorney general of New York [Letitia James], who ran on the campaign, 'If you elect me, I will get Trump.'

"This is one of the most dangerous periods of American law and lawlessness."

Oh ffs, get yourself a dose of reality.

Soros is a liberal and very wealthy. It's his effing money, he can do whatever he likes with it. He isn't doing anything illegal. Nor are the many big donors on the right. And that's not counting the PACs.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/interactive/2022/top-election-donors-2022/

If you don't like all of this big money in our elections (I certainly don't), blame Republicans.

    https://www.brennancenter.org/our-work/research-reports/citizens-united-explained

You can thank this guy in particular:

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Bossie

The SCOTUS lawsuit was prompted by Bossie's desire to release a hit-job film about Hillary Clinton ahead of the 2008 election. He was a couple of years short of that, but the overall result of the Citizens United decision is what opened the door for pouring boatloads of money into political campaigns, including dark money (where they don't have to disclose the names of donors).
