It seems to appear that race hustling is dwindling. After spending big bucks on Big Racism, corps are finding out it's expensive, and probably useless, to shell out that kind of cash now that the virtue signalling factor has faded.

Think about it; if a class or two can eliminate racism, then a class or two can eliminate gender confusion. But I guess 'but that's different.' Either way, the race hustling divisiveness being spread by the left and left wing corps is hopefully coming to an end.
    ....................................................

Are Americans experiencing a bit of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) fatigue these days?

After several years of cancel culture and “anti-racism” being wielded by the alt-left against nearly every American institution, it seems that at least the corporate appetite for shelling out thousands of dollars to appease critical race theory enthusiasts is waning. The cost of DEI, particularly when it involves very public figures like Robin DiAngelo or Ibram X. Kendi, can cost tens of thousands of dollars per workshop. Some “anti-racism” firms charge by the person, if sessions are being offered to workplace employees. Those sessions can range from $350-$500 per person.

Robin DiAngelo can earn as much as $45,000 for a half-day workshop. Kendi’s rates are about the same. Other independent “anti-racism trainers” earn far less, but have still been able to carve out decent incomes in the field. Corporations covet the programs to help them meet state human resource standards and also obtain a “seal of approval” that can be used for marketing purposes.

In the post-2020 world, the DEI industry exploded, due in large part to the success of the Black Lives Matter movement. With educational institutions and corporations chomping at the bit to get “anti-racism” workshops into their trainings, the market was flooded with minority workshop leaders and organizations.

This year, however, it seems such workshops aren’t nearly as popular, as evidenced by one DEI instructor’s complaints about sparse bookings during what should be her busiest month — Black History Month.

If it's happening it's about damn time. These damnable racist programs don't accomplish anything worth while and can actually make things worse rather than better. It's like taking strychnine to get rid of head ache.

gotta get in on the trends while they are hot!
I'm sure if those individuals were smart enough to cash in on that, they will be fine and probably have other ways to bring in the $$$
Maybe they were so successful they aren't needed as much!

Dems can't carry a national election without a huge black turnout,- and too many of them think that this requires a national anti-american campaign of hate, grievance, anger and revenge,

THE WAY TO STOP RACISM IS TO STOP OBSESSING OVER RACE: How accusations of racism help actual racism.

'All it takes to be called “racist” is simply disagreeing with a progressive.'

'This casual slinging of racism accusations only really benefits actual racists. You see, when everyone is called a racist, why would you take such an accusation seriously?'

'actual racists are getting cover because the extreme progressives can’t comprehend that not everyone who disagrees with them is actually a racist. They can’t fathom any kind of disagreement not rooted in bigotry.'

I'm for unemploying all these woke DEI folks.

I think the Bud light thing is probably the crescendo of the diversity equity and inclusion nonsense.

I don't think there's anything specific about that whole thing that stands out. It's just people are sick and tired of seating ground to the woke BS and it's simply the straw that broke the camel's back.

The room always be hustlers and trying to hustle just like there's probably still people that have beanie baby collections fads never truly die they just fall away.

It was bound to happen anyway and all fads fall out of style.

This one is been mostly about spreading misery and misery requires a lot of energy so it was going to burn out quicker than most.

They'll still be miserable people and they'll still be looking for company but the popularity I think will start dwindling soon mostly because people are tired of it. It doesn't do anything.

I think the next Hustler Target will be mental health.

You can see this emerging in tiktok there's a lot of people that pretend to have dissociative identity disorder and they don't even know enough about it to know how to pretend. If you're unfamiliar with what disassociative identity disorder is that's the new word for multiple personalities.

I can't say what's common in real cases because I'm not sure there ever was a real case. But the people on tick tock pretending they have it it's really kind of sad when you think about it they're pretending that all these different personalities that exist inside of them are all known by one another. I really what this sort of thing was invented for was to get away with criminal activity and say you didn't really know what was happening because some other personality had magically inhabited your body and done the crime and then went back into its magical little box afterwards.

Also there's people pretending they have tourettes syndrome. I imagine a new category of mental illness will come out of this as like a mental illness version of hypochondriac syndrome, or morgellons disease.

that stuff is all computer based training now, no live person needed

and many corps now hire overseas, so really the minority is becoming Americans of any race or gender

try telling corps that outsource IT overseas, they need to diversify and hire more Americans

    This one found work.

FOLLOWING IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF LIZ WARREN: The University of Wisconsin-Madison paid $5,000 to a woman who faked her Native American ancestry so that she could help develop ‘a toolkit and curriculum around cultural appropriation.’

Pretendian LeClaire, who also identifies as “two spirit,” an indigenous term for identifying as both male and female, previously criticized UW-Madison for raising a tribal flag, calling the gesture “performative," the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.'

She is an expert on both appropriation and performativity.

Is ‘Boomer Sooner’ Going Bust? University of Oklahoma Donors Pull Money Over DEI.

    'The nefarious Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) movement is taking over academia. Universities all across the country are putting policies in place that prioritize addressing racial grievances over academics and merit. But at the University of Oklahoma, some donors are fighting back by withholding donations over the school’s capitulation to the DEI agenda.;

Yes, let WOKE DIE. Fund this racist America Hating crap, yourselves.

That's because DIE 'educators' subtract value.

STANDING UP AGAINST RACISM AND BIGOTRY: Non-Whites Only U. Minnesota Summer Research Program Challenged By Equal Protection Project.

    GOOD!

“We all thought racial segregation in education as government policy ended with Brown v. Bd. of Education, but unfortunately it has been reborn under the umbrella of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion…. U. Minnesota needs to stop treating students differently based on skin color…. Federal funding for U. Minnesota needs to be reevaluated”

    YES!

'The University of Minnesota has a summer internship program called the Multicultural Summer Research Opportunities Program (“MSROP”) – a 10-week summer research program for undergraduate students that is only available to non-white applicants.'

    UNCONSTITUTIONAL

'The racial guidelines are explicit and unambiguous – no white students allowed, you must “Identify as a Student of Color or Native American.”'

'The program provides for a $6000 payment to each participant'

'The MSROP violates Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VI”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000d, et seq., and its implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 100. It also violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.1 “It is a sordid business, this divvying us up by race.” League of United Latin Am. Citizens v. Perry, 548 U.S. 399 (2006) (Roberts, C.J., dissenting). Nowhere is that more true than here.'

'Office of Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education' (OCR)

'The University of Minnesota is engaging in unlawful discrimination through the Multicultural Summer Research Opportunities Program. Racial discrimination by a public institution is illegal regardless of which race suffers. Discrimination against white applicants is just as unlawful as discrimination against black or other non-white applicants. There is no good form of racial discrimination. Because UMN receives federal funding, OCR had the power and obligation to make UMN stop and to impose whatever remedial relief is necessary.'

'“The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race.” Parents Involved in Cmty. Sch., 551 U.S. at 748. OCR should promptly investigate the allegations in this complaint and take the necessary enforcement action to end UMN’s ongoing unlawful policies and practices. This includes, if necessary, imposing fines, initiating administrative proceedings to suspend, terminate, or refuse to grant or continue federal financial assistance, and referring the case to the Department of Justice for judicial proceedings to enforce the rights of the United States under federal law.'

    END THE RACIAL HATE
