Can we call them crooks if no charges have been filed against them?

I don't think anyone is saying Hoebert paid the Garfield County Sheriff off. He's willingly "her boy" because he's from a crimson red county (where he has to run for election periodically) and he's crimson red himself. He and his deputies gladly are protecting her the best they can. Which must be a huge effort considering that she and her whole family believe they are privileged and above the law; which requires his intervention and protection frequently; as we've read in the news.

I think that is exactly what is being said here. You got evidence showing there is a cover up then post it.

 

It’s NOT what’s being said. The Sheriff is turning a blind eye to Hoebert and her family’s bullshit. It’s political expedience not a “cover up”.

 

No one has provided a shred of evidence to support your claim.

 

The actins of the Sheriff and his deputies support that (it’s not just mine) claim.

 

What actions what evidence there was something nefarious about them? All you have is utter conjecture and supposition.
