I googled the West movies of all time and got "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly", "True Grit,", "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid", and "High Noon".

 

There are many more false tales from him. With that said it’s why the movie is “based”. It’s movies. That’s to be expected.

It's exactly the same thing as the guardian article. It literally doesn't in any way connect this movie to the far right....it just hurls insults.

The left has, quite literally, decided their outrage based on, apparently, who is in the movie....maybe. It's really hard to pinpoint what exactly their mad at. The rollingstone article complains some about some things being unrealistic....dear god stop the press a movie isn't 100% realistic.

Before throwing a fit about something, could people at least try to figure out why they're about to throw said fit instead of just assuming they're supposed to react a certain way.

 

I'm guessing it's going to do great.....that series of movies hasn't catered to the far left so they haven't alienated their fan base.

 

I don't keep up with movies anymore. They lost me with the 647th superhero movie.

The issue for me, that scares the hell out of me, is that those supporting the critiques of the movie writing things like, "What? A movie has never been criticised before?" are deflecting. Those critiques are at their most outrageous, and what we are objecting to here, not when they say something bad about the film making itself, but are objecting to its content. They do not want us know of the child trafficking that is going on. I suspect the reason has less to do with the child rapist desire's themselves (though that no doubt is a factor) but that it makes it obvious of the further need to secure our Southern border. Shut off the money spigot and crimes like this go down. They don't want that money spigot shut and a secure border to be a thing that happens.

At worst, Ballard is guilty of poor management and/or oversight by using the PR firm who made the mistake. The firm was immediately fired, but it's what Yulee & his ilk are hanging their hat on.
