Federal data show a two-month rise in unemployment among black Americans due to the Biden administration’s deliberate transfer of compliant and cheap migrant workers into Americans’ workplaces.

“Black workers saw their unemployment rate rise to 6% in June from 5.6% in May, making it the second consecutive monthly increase,” CNBC.com reported on July 7. For men “within that demographic, unemployment … grew to 5.9% in June, up from 5.6% in May.”

Government-backed migration allows employers to hire young, healthy, cheap, grateful, and hard-working people in place of unwanted American employees, such as former convicts, older and unhealthy Americans, or workers they deem to be lazy or resentful. In many cases, those replaced U.S. workers may be black — and federal data now show that black Americans are seeing a notable rise in unemployment.

“The number of unemployed African Americans has increased by 267,000 since April, meaning they account for close to 90% of the 300,000 increase in overall joblessness during that period,” Bloomberg reported on July 7, adding:…

…Americans’ real wages have shrunk due to the flood of cheap migrant workers and the inflation caused by the huge inflow of migrant consumers who compete for housing and autos.

“Advocates of increasing immigration have effectively abandoned unemployed or underemployed American citizens, and there’s no evidence that this new wave of immigration that is being welcomed by the administration will have any benefit to these [American] workers,” Jon Feere, an expert with the Center for Immigration Studies, told Breitbart News.

The reversal in gains for Americans comes as Biden and his deputies continue to provide U.S. employers with huge numbers of work-ready, wage-cutting, and grateful economic migrants. ..

This Breitbart news report brings bad but expected news to Americas working class population. Biden is benefitting his bicoastal urban elite corporate base by depressing the wages of working and lower middle class Americans. So far, it is African American workers bearing the brunt of Biden’s policy.

Biden’s plan is beginning to worn. Our replacement workers are here now and one day they will become our replacement voters unless we can appeal to them in the interim. Corporate America didn’t really want to insource jobs back here so Biden told them that If they had to come back, he’d bring the workers here too so they wouldn’t have to pay Americans American wages here either.

So what you are saying is that Black unemployment in Biden's third year is lower than it was in Trump's third year and near historic lows.
    Thanks for that information.

Shutdown wasn't started till March, 2020, Trump's 4th year, - so that would be a no.

I doubt it has anything to do with immigration. A lot of companies resorted to hiring anybody with a pulse after covid due to labor shortages. They are now in a position that they can start replacing those warm bodies with someone who actually will put an effort in. I really don't know how to not sound like a racist when I say this, but a lot of those blacks who got hired since COVID were there because there was nobody else they could get. We have a local food processor who is hemorrhaging all its long-time workers because it let too many inner-city people who didn't care to work but wanted a check through the door. They were paying bonuses for each new worker an employee recruited and people combed the ghetto to try to get as many as possible. People got tired of having to deal with them and found a lifeboat. These experienced workers are both white and black. I know someone who brought this up in the exit interview with the company in the last couple weeks. Said the human resources rep said that they really had no idea how they were going to retain experienced workers they were losing so many, but the more they lost, the more of the marginal workers they had to hire. It is a death spiral. I have heard rumors they are actively trying to find someone else to unload the plant on before they have to shut it down completely.

Unemployment is near an all time low.

Labor participation among working aged people is near an all time high.

The labor market needs more working aged people, however we can get them.

This is an argument against legal immigration as well as illegal. Good thing we knew their claims to support legal immigration were BS.

Inside Today's Disastrous Jobs Report: 1 Million Surge In Part-Time Jobs As Full-Timers Crash Amid Staggering Downward Revisions
    [IMG]
'The lies out of the BLS are making Beijing blush...'

'a closer look at the details of today's jobs report reveals just how ugly the reality behind the the Budget-Busting Bidenomics truly is.'

'Take a wild guess in which direction the May 339K NFP print was revised'

'Payrolls for every month in 2023 have been revised lower.'

'BLS reported that in July the number of full-time jobs plunged by 585,000 to 134.274 million, the biggest monthly drop since record covid crash of 14.7 million jobs!'

'In July, the number of part-timers exploded by almost one million - 972K to be precise - to 27.153 million.'

'the number of multiple jobholders - those workers who have to work more than one job at a time to make ends meet. In July, that number surged by 118K, and at 8.113 million.'

' in July, the number of well-paid, full-time workers collapsed by a near record 585K, offset by a 972K surge in part-time workers. As for the balance, it was the 118K people who discovered last month that to keep up with the economic miracle that is bidenomics, they need to work at least one more job.'

    ^^^^^^^^^ More lies and desperation…

“Whether high- or low-skilled, migrants rarely substitute directly for native workers. Instead, migrants often complement native workers or accept jobs that natives don't want or can't do.”

You complain about illegal immigrants taking over low-skilled jobs, but I have a feeling you'd also complain about high-skill jobs being taken over by legal immigrants. So, you'll never be happy!

But you know what else is happening in America? A lot of people are being booted off Medicaid! And many of those are in states with work requirements for Medicaid. (Or didn't expand Medicaid at all) And unemployment statistics only count jobless folks who are looking for work!

So work requirements are doing their job! You've saved the world!

And it's not all just about jobs.
Should we take a look at housing?
As everyone knows, there is an acute housing shortage -- in particular affordable housing options -- around many desirable cities of the U.S.

This is especially the case around any of the major population centers on the West Coast, and in New York City.

That's probably another topic, but just thought that should be pointed out in this thread.

Look up the videos showing what the African American community in Chicago thinks about illegal immigration.

    See these videos:

They look more riled up and outraged than Trump supporters!

WINNING! BLACK-OWNED BUSINESSES INCREASE BY OVER 400% IN JUST ONE YEAR OF TRUMP
    Black Enterprise reported:
African American business owners are on the rise. According to the Minority 2018 Small Business Trends survey, the number of black-owned small businesses in the U.S. increased by a staggering 400% in a year-over-year time period from 2017 to 2018.
Of the African American small business owners surveyed, most fell between the ages of 40 to 49 with 28%, while 25% were between 50 and 59 years old, and 22% are 30 to 39.
I've often said that the economy can never reach it’s full potential until the black community has a chance to succeed and help us grow.

Over last 3 years Black businesses grew hugely, then were devastated
In 2018, businesses owned by African Americans grew more than 400 percent.
Africa Remains Untapped Market for Booming Black Businesses in America | Council on Foreign Relations (cfr.org)
But unfortunately by the end of April 2021, nearly half of Black small businesses had been wiped out, a result of the coronavirus pandemic and months-long restrictions imposed by state governors.
The Covid-19 Crisis Has Wiped Out Nearly Half Of Black Small Businesses (forbes.com)
Seems like Democrat policies have not ended up being very good for Black businesses.
