Ohio voters reject measure aimed at blocking abortion rights amendment

The State of Ohio is apparently NOT trying to protect the life of the unborn. Following their choice dictates death for the unborn. There are,however, a lot of good people in Ohio that respect life.

 

Being pro choice is another way of saying pro murder.

Being a minority is typical for me. When you are in the majority, it’s time for self reflection.

 

Just out of curiosity? When you save the baby from a mother who wanted to kill the baby even before he/s was born. What is the government’s responsibility to take care the baby? Free healthcare, free education, free child care? Free food? Free baby sitter ? free housing ? how far conservatives wants to go to take care the baby?

 

I am just curious what ”godliness” has to do with republic or democracy?

 

I'm assuming 99.5% of Ohio residents respect life (excusing those in prison for murder).... has nothing to do with the right to choose...

 

I'll try to do that in my own words...... Many choose "state" over God. God is for the individual. The individual is supreme, then comes family, then smaller institutions of government, with the large Central Government the least.. Statists on the other hand go for the larger collective. Always have and always will. In fact, since the early sixties we have seen them move to break up the family and remove any references to God. These statists without a doubt, tend to call themselves Democrats and assert their opinion that we are solely a Democracy. Proof? They talk of doing away with the electoral college. Many talk of packing the Supreme Court. Their latest efforts for destruction of the family comes in the form of LBGTQP + and the recent promotion of "gender confusion".

Those are the things we all know to be true but many do not just come out and say it!

 

See....you fail to mention the lives of the unborn in your assumption. 99.5% is quite a stretch since many are voting to eliminate those lives.

That’s why I support Universal healthcare, prison reform and social program to help those who are incarcerated, Paid family leave and child tax credit, Social welfare program to help the poor, comprehensive immigration reform to help the foreigner, more US foreign aid to third world country. To me these policies reflets what is Pro-life.

Many are voting to have the CHOICE to elimate those potential future lives... I myself, as a male, cannot ever do so, but I would vote for that all day long.... and have... many times..

It was a horrible decision to get rid of Roe, but you guys are finding out it was pretty freaking popular...

Basic human rights shouldn't be decided by geography or lines on a map... That's for taxes, speed limits, criminal punishments and pot restrictions (for now)

I'm saying trying to implement a law where 41% of the voting population can deny what 59% of the voting population wants ain't Democracy...

Call it what you will, but it has the roots of fascism in it's dark heart....

 

I agree but I do believe that at some point, the life inside the woman gains some level of protection by the state. I also believe many abortions are due to complete lack of precautions and while those who become pregnant unintentionally due to sloth cannot be punished, I think we can cast scorn upon them-especially those who have had multiple abortions because they won't use birth control
