    Because, unlike the lefties who cheer totalitarian government crackdowns on political dissidents, I'm no hypocrite who only objects when it's the kind government authoritarianism that goes against my political biases.

    not the way it works, congress has the right to remove the President in those case, don't mean they have too

    we banned machine guns.... that sets precedent to ban any gun... so all guns should be banned? same logic
