This is evidence, that USA TODAY's headlines can be utterly misleading. The entire article is about polling data, not about Biden's "presidency," as the title states. So my reaction, is: so what? Since when are polls, this far in advance, given serious credence, as predictive of election results? This is what is known as "click bait," or "bait and switch."


Incidentally, LOL, at your describing that publication as a "liberal biased media site." Most media has some bias, one way or the other. Do you not think that sources that you use, have bias? And yet you do not caveat them all, by noting this bias. While I am not impressed with USA TODAY reporting, their bias is as slight as can be. If we look at the rating by All Sides Media, which does not, itself, make the judgements, but rather, polls people from across the political spectrum, to arrive at its ratings, we see that, on a scale that runs from "-6 (left)" to "6 (right)," in which "Center," spans from just "-1" to "1," USA TODAY comes in at just "-2." So, if their ratings are all integral (non fractional), then this is the lowest degree of left-lean possible.

In fact, people who themselves have a left lean, do not view the content of that publication-- which is rated by respondents, without telling them the name of the publisher-- as having one: 55% rate it as the "center." For that matter, even self-identified "centrists," are more likely to rate that media source as as "center (41%)" as opposed to "left lean (34%)." Those with a right lean, no less, just barely call USA TODAY more left leaning (38%), than in the center (37%). IOW, rather than telling us much about USA TODAY, your thinking of that media site as worth noting, of having a bias, tells us that you would likely fall among those on the Right (not just a "right lean"). Note that these are the respondents, largely responsible for its rating, of having a left lean: 38% of those on the Right, identified USA TODAY content as media of the "left," whereas only 17% of those with a Right Lean, 13% of those in the center, 6% of those with a Left Lean, and 4% of those who consider themselves, on the Left, rated it as being "left." I think federal government has been a dumpster fire for a long long time. The idea isn't to fix the dumpster fire, it is to maintain power and control. Nothing new at all.

I've tried to explain to my fellow Democrats, but to no avail. The focus on everything Trump, instead of focusing on what we can do a majority and holding the presidential office, has really set the party back. People like to say we have a messaging problem, but refuse to address the root cause of said problem. If something doesn't change, the presidency will be handed to Republicans.

 

So you mean they'll let Donald Trump's massive unpopularity with over half the electorate cause voters to choose the other guy again? Why not, it worked last time. Biden didn't even have to really campaign because Trump essentially did all the work for him just by being himself. Judging by Trump's actions after the 2020 election up to this point in time, I see no reason why that same strategy wouldn't mostly work again.

Just remember, not everyone loves Donald Trump with their entire soul. It might be hard to believe I know, but it's true.

 

They'll change whatever laws at the last minute they need to, to get a Biden victory...just like last time.

 

And you'll change reality in order to believe whatever you need to believe for whatever reason you need to believe it. I cannot speak towards why you have the need to believe in fake nonsense, I can only warn you that it's probably not healthy.
