If they succeed at keeping him off the ballot, the anger over a stolen election will make 2020 seem like a peaceful event. I think that is true even if another republican were to win the presidency. The dems need to concentrate on getting a new candidate and working at winning the election rather than trying to have the judiciary do if for them.

President can facilitate a slate of "alternate" Electors, and the sitting VP can use those alternate Electors at his/her pleasure, then Harris could
simply ignore Trump Electors and use the "alternate" ones. Or if a President really does have the "complete Presidential immunity" that Trump is arguing
for - the Biden could simply have Trump disappeared, and it would be basically legal.
