Is there any chance of this lawsuit being successful? These illegals wanted to go to NYC, they chose their destination, so what difference does it make on how they get there?

NYC can't declare itself to be a sanctuary city only to sue transportation companies when they get sanctuaried. Plus Adams has been asking Biden for help and Biden won't talk to him.

Hey Adams, what would you do if you were the mayor of a border town flooded with illegals? And just so you know, Biden is ignoring those mayors, too.

Really. Suing a bus line chartered by the gubmint to drop-off illegals in a sanctuary city. And a lawyer actually filed it. So who is stupider, the mayor or the lawyer?

As things stand today, with everyone fighting against each other instead of fighting against the current political corruption (on both sides).

    Definitely

I’m actually looking forward to the “pinch me” moment when all the defenders of these worthless corrupt politicians realize what has actually occurred.

It’s going to be an extremely bittersweet moment, for me anyway.

Well, in a world where I can can sue you for no other reason than you had an abortion even if I have absolutely no involvement with or connection to you whatsoever, this is hardly mind blowing.

Its not legally valid, obvious even to a layperson, and I think its more of an attempt to intimidate bus companies . NY evidently has the lawyers and bottomless funds to frivolously sue, however the bus companies will have to spend a vast amount of money to even go through the legal process to get it dropped and at some point--the financial loss of being frivolously sued might end in a settlement and they may refuse to service illegals or hispanic looking individuals who simply want a ride.

Its unfortunate that I know how these law suits can work. Businesses deal with ridiculous claims all the time---and the plaintiff and the plaintiff's lawyer with the absurd unprovable accusations usually ends up with free money because that is the cheaper way out for businesses.

You just cannot make this stuff up.

A sanctuary city all but advertising to get ILLEGAL MIGRANTS to come to NYC.
So when their savior opens the gates and floods the southern US with ILLEGAL MIGRANTS the states oblige and start sending them to NYC.

Then the city discovers what the real impact of ILLEGAL MIGRANTS (some of it self inflicted) they start whining to their savior, but he's not listening, so now they start suing anyone and everyone, hoping to find a sugar daddy.

    HEY ADAMS!!
So for starters, stop wasting money (doing their laundry? Really?) And start following the law.
