Looks Like the Georgia RICO Case Against Trump Just Imploded.

'Co-incidental to her zeal for prosecuting front-running presidential candidate Donald Trump, Fulton County, Ga., DA Fani Willis hired herself a special prosecutor with' sexual 'benefits, according to a new court filing.'

It's amazing to me, how many people destroy themselves in the process of trying to destroy Trump.

'Willis hired private attorney Nathan Wade to act as her special prosecutor in her vast, convoluted RICO case against Trump and 18 others who dared pursue legal remedies for a compromised 2020 election. She did this despite having more than one attorney within her own office who was perfectly capable of prosecuting the case. And she did it despite Wade being unqualified to handle the biggest case in Fulton County history, as he has never actually prosecuted a felony RICO case before. So why would Willis hire him?'

Because he was humping her, and after lavishing him with a lots of GA taxpayer money, he treated her to nice sex trips on cruises, the Wine Country and other romantic love-nest getaways.

'the married father of two was tapping the dirty DA. And this opens up a whole can of big, fat ethical and legal worms that are now squirming exuberantly atop Fanis's prosecution house of cards.'

Horny Fani plied him with $654,000 from the GA Taxpayer.

'Slap My' Fani was also improperly coordinating with the Bribed Biden WH.

'We know this because the special prosecutor, Nathan Wade, filed for reimbursement and documented a meeting with the White House Counsel about the case.'

They were both profitting from this improper sexual arrangment at the expense of the GA Taxpayer. "Hot 'n Heavy" Fani signed up her favorite lovestick on Nov 1, 2021 and on Nov 2, 2021 her favorite lovestick filed for divorce.

Their sexual excapades at the GA Taxpayer's Expense violates 'their oaths of office under the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.'

    Please discuss

I don't know if the case imploded as much as the DA allegedly, but it certainly might tank the case with evidence.

The history being made since trump came down the escalator is ..... historic.

The democrats blindly exposed the depth of their rot and corruption trying to get trump.

If the DA is conflicted, under GA law Fulton County loses the ability to prosecute the case entirely. A state council would reassign the case. We can't be sure if whoever gets assigned will have any desire to prosecute a RICO case in this manner. The entire case theory is that a lot of individual acts, typically legal in nature, such as scheduling meetings for superiors becomes a felony because all of these individual legal activities were to further a greater felony plot. And they could charge everyone with a felony even if all they did was forward a Zoom link. It took a lot of brass balls to file the case in this manner in the first place. Looks like a good reason to do it was so she could overpay her lover who has never even prosecuted a single felony. It takes a lot of hours chasing down nonsense. The court filings claim her unqualified lover wouldn't be legally eligible to function as a defense counsel on this matter because of his lack of experience. You have to have had experience in at least two such cases. Thankfully for Fani, no such requirements exist to prosecute the case. The court filing also shows she is severely overpaying him based on the comparable rate for his experience.

Even if the judge doesn't take them off the case, which is very likely... the jury pool is going to know about this and it only takes one person to get a verdict in Trump's favor. I'm sure this is big news in Fulton county.

So he was found not guilty by a jury of his peers? He didn't do what he was accused of?

Why? Are they lying about what he did? Is he innocent?

You all realize that the court filing you are placing your hope in is an allegation made by the defense team of one of those indicted. There has been no supporting evidence, no anything except for the allegations. I think it is probably a nothing burger. Don't place your hopes here because probably is not going to change anything.

They are lying about what he did for sure and, the DA hired her shack up with no previous prosecutorial experience in Rico or felony cases to administer it.

I'm just posting in this thread to bookmark it so that I can drag it out when the GA jury finds mango guilty after his trial.

It is funny though that rightists immediately believe this story without a shred of evidence to support it. LOL

    Simple question.

We have similar filings from three different jurisdictions from indictments by three different Grand Juries against Trump. This means that the Grand Jury saw actual evidence and decided that it indicated Trump had committed a crime...but you don't believe any of them.

Now we have this one filing...with absolutely ZERO evidence and you believe it is the gospel truth.

    Why?

There's never been a similar case in the history of America where a county prosecutor decided the federal executive branch was effectively a criminal organization and people who set up phone calls for their bosses should get charged with a felony.

You are a crack up. None of the 'crimes' "Smack My" Fani accuses Trump of committing are actual crimes. Rather she tries to glide past this by claiming that perfectly lawful acts, like saying and doing things she disagrees with were 'crimes' simply on her assertion:

'there’s a giant hole in her case: the lack of a clear crime to which Trump and his co-defendants can plausibly be said to have agreed.'

    She has no crime.

'That is what’s so strange about DA Willis’s indictment. She alleges that the 19 people named in her indictment are guilty of conspiracy because they agreed to try to keep Donald Trump in power as president — specifically, to “change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump.” Maybe they shared such an aim, maybe their 19 minds met regarding that objective, but in and of itself, trying to reverse the result of an election is not a crime. You may have noticed that neither Al Gore nor Stacey Abrams was ever led away in handcuffs.'

'Willis tries to get around this inconvenience in two ways, neither of which works.'

'The first is a tautology: She conclusively asserts, on page 14 of the indictment, that this was a “conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump.” That is, the lawful objective of changing the election outcome somehow becomes unlawful because she invokes the apparently talismanic word “unlawful.” But there is no crime of unlawfully trying to change an election outcome — not in Georgia law nor any other American law.'

Read the rest on your own.

As for "Pull My Hair and Smack My" Fani hiring the guy's she's humping, overpaying him with taxpayer money, and then going on romantic sex getaways with him, they have the payroll records and their calendar.

Pity that the attempts to rig get another election are blowing up in their deserving faces.

Filing Details Sex Crazed Georgia Prosecutor Corruption

"Slap My" Fani Willis abused her authority by appointing her sextoy, 'Nathan Wade, to be the special prosecutor in the Trump case, then paid Wade an excessive amount, and then Wade used some of that money to pay for vacations and other high living together' on sex getaways to exotic locations with "Smack My" Fan Willis.

"Kiss My" Fani 'Willis did not complete the process required to appoint Wade special prosecutor in the first place. Roman also wants Willis removed from the case “on the grounds that the district attorney and the special prosecutor have been engaged in an improper, clandestine personal relationship during the pendency of this case, which has resulted in the special prosecutor, and, in turn, the district attorney, profiting significantly from this prosecution at the expense of taxpayers.”'

These are very corrupt self-indulgent and self-entitled folks trying to rig the election by convicting and jailing Trump while he leads Bribed Joe in the polls.

Keeping his eyes on the bosses truck.

“Willis and Wade have traveled personally together to such places as Napa Valley, California, Florida, and the Caribbean, and Wade has purchased tickets for both of them to travel on both the Norwegian and Royal Caribbean cruise lines. Wade has also purchased hotel rooms for personal trips with funds from the same account used to receive payments under his contract with Willis.” The motion adds that “the district attorney and the special prosecutor have been seen in private together in and about the Atlanta area and believed to have co-habited in some form or fashion at a location owned by neither of them.”

    Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm

Wade has done very well financially working on his Sugar Mama's 'case against Trump. “As of December 2023, Wade has been paid a total of $653,881, which does not include all of his billing to date and does not include the amounts paid to his law firm through his partners,” the motion says. In contrast, Willis’s total salary is $198,266 per year.'

As soon as he signed on with Sugar Mama "Love My Big" Fani, next day he filed for divorce with his wife.
