Illegals do not get on welfare nor do they vote. Given the attitudes of the GOP these days and the cruelty towards immigrants they seem to adore, I am sure their children, Americans, will be Democrats unless the GOP rids itself of this racist dog whistle stuff in their lifetimes.

 

Over half of the illegals are getting welfare from some level of government. As a progressive, I am sure that you have ignored the news reports about how spending on illegals is busting the budgets in New York City and Chicago. The residents, who were receiving benefits in those cities have noted that and are not happy. The votes you gain from the illegals might be offset by the votes you lose from the residents of those cities. Maine is in the process of building apartments to house illegals for two years rent free.

There are no illegals getting welfare checks anywhere. If by welfare you mean some form of assistance while they are applying for asylum, perhaps that is true but that is not welfare and you know it. Illegals do not vote, you must be MAGA because everything you stated here is straight from the mouths of MAGATs. As for low information voters, you certainly qualify. I googled your free rent for asylum seekers in Maine. It does seem like one town is paying for housing for them, I guess that town is filled with real Christians.

 

They can't, they will be breaking SCOTUS ruling. This is a free society under the rule of law.

 

The Texas National Guard is part of the Army. The Texas State Guard is not.
