It still amuses me that Trump has absolutely zero to do with Trump's only enduring legacy. Mitch McConnel is solely responsible for securing 2 Supreme Court nominations for Trump, and two deaths and one retirement did the trick. The Supreme Court justices that Trump selected were those from the federalist society that ANY and EVERY republican president would have chosen from.

It is obviously vital for Trump to avoid venues - debates, interviews with objective journalists, etc. - where his mental deterioration is on display.

His applying his Pelosi lie to Haley is symptomatic of his deteriorating ability to confront reality, already tenuous at best.

Did you catch the media all rallying to Pelosi saying "she is in charge of Capitol security", IOW, Trump bluffed them into admitting Pelosi had a hand in J6's management as a political weapon because she was in charge of escorting people in to areas with security cameras.

 

A normal person, confident in his cognitive acuity, would simply acknowledge having erred when he clearly attributed his lie about Pelosi to the wrong person, and move on.

He has demonstrated his lack of the capacity to do so.
