How on earth can Ukraine "guarantee" anything right now?? They are fighting to survive. How can anyone put a monetary value on that ???
There are times one has to help......because it is the right thing to do ......and expect noting in return. Not every darn thibng is a transaction when it comes to human survival.

 

We have illegals pouring across the border by the millions, millions of homeless, millions of hungry people, rampant crime, right here in the United States. So how, exactly, is giving Ukraine $300 billion dollars in a failed attempt to secure their country going to help the people of the United States?

$446 million isn't even half of a single billion. Under Biden, we have so far given Ukraine hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars. Not even remotely comparable.
