    Cool do show us the case where there was no victim, no missed payment, no conspiracy between a bank and lender, yet was sued for fraud and had a penalty remotely like this? If they didn't make it up, surely in NY's financial crime ridden history there is a victimless case like this?

    One thing for sure, the place would go to crap in a hurry with her running it but it wasn't about a political opponent, it was the law lol. Leftey going to lefty I guess.

    That's true, but she is the NY AG, she should be above those silly political social media games. She is basically taunting him. As I said, it is unprofessional. We don't need to stoop down to their level, and if somebody does, I'll call it out. Same as stupid Fani Willis with her unethical behavior.

    No it's not. The fine fits the crime. Seize everything and sell it off at auction...at a discount....until the appeal bond is satisfied.
    And remember, interest keeps accruing ! 9% on $435 Million....... about $107K a day ?

    I don’t think they will be receptive. I doubt that the Russian banks in Cyprus will be either.

    Putin, even now, has the FSB working full time on flooding right wing media with fake news, as it did in 2016. And attempts to hack and smear are almost certainly going on.

    But, I think that the Russians know that they’re not going to get much more out of Trump.

    If Trump and the cowards and lickspittles that won’t stand up continue to block Ukrainian aid, they may achieve their primary foreign policy objectives.
