    I ALWAYS WIN!
PFs Undisputed Living Legend and Undefeated Champ!
Anyway, enough about me. And, and back on topic to Putin's "threat"...
Putin is delusional, and I seriously doubt he would follow through on such ridiculous posturing.

We didn't fight a war in Afghanistan. For nearly 20 years, NATO Allies and partner countries had military forces deployed to Afghanistan under a United Nations (UN) Security Council mandate. NATO Allies went into Afghanistan after the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the United States, to ensure that the country would not again become a safe haven for international terrorists to attack NATO member countries. Over the last two decades, there have been no terrorist attacks on Allied soil from Afghanistan.

I'm going to stop you right there. That isn't even a remote possibility.
The majority of Russia's ICBMs are liquid fueled. Thats means they use to liquids that combust when mixed causing them to fuel on the pad.
It takes 60-90 minutes to fuel them. Once they start fueling those missiles, our subs would be sending tomahawks to take them out before they could even launch.

There was a time when the US stood up to Russia with men like Kennedy and Reagan. Which saw the collapse of the Soviet Union. Russia is a mear shell of that long gone super power.

I absolutely agree with you. This Ukraine war is going to be the biggest I told you so in modern day history.
Ukraine doesn't have enough bodies to throw at it no matter how much money is provided.
Russia will simply win by attrition.
But do remember this. Going on 3 years now, and Russia can't even win a war against a neighboring small country?
Its also exposed the older weapons Russia is using.

That would be the best way to handle it as we both know Biden isn't packing the gear to guide the US through aggression with Russia.
But Trump killed hundreds of Russians in Syria and Putin kept his mouth shut.
Trump was the first president in history to provide lethal weapons to Ukraine to kill more Russians
He also deported Russian officers and Oligarchs then closed their consulate in Washington.

Putin didn't even invade Ukraine until Biden was in office. He has a big mouth but I guarantee you if he decided to go all ignorant and call for nuclear war, I don't think his officers would follow through. They know what would happen and they have families as well. I think they would off Putin if he got that crazy. Just my opinion

Not required if the right guy is in office.
Putin only gets mouthy when he's not afraid.
Notice he didn't say squat when Trump killed a few hundred Russians in Syria.

Putin already explained why he preferred Biden for President. When he was asked to respond to Biden calling him a Crazy SOB [over Climate Change and Nuclear War comments], Putin said, 'this was an adequate response to my (Putin's) statement. Biden shows why I want him. We understand what's going on in American politics. I speak to, and for, the Russian people first and foremost, and Biden speaks to, and for, me instead of Americans.' [ Putin, with ironic smile, praises Biden for calling him a 'crazy SOB' | Reuters]

Macron has no support for sending troops to Ukraine. I'd cite the poll, but I deleted the poll posted on Twitter. I think it was about 25% support. Remember, this is the French Army that would be going to Ukraine. Macron is only beating his chest cause he doesn't have any weapons, nor will he build the infrastructure for weapons or energy production.

I can't fathom any NATO troops in Ukraine but Putins saber rattling is pretty comical. To me anyway.

Yeah. Well Putin is F-ing laughing at them too. No one is really sending NATO troop to Ukraine, and Putin isn't deploying nukes. Macron's threat is equivalent to Obama's red line. These idiots need to address issues in their own country if they want public support for more Ukraine assistance.

Yes it is. But if your guy wins it won’t be necessary. He will ensure that no military aid goes to Ukraine and will essentially hand over Ukraine to Putin on a platter.

I doubt Ukraine will hang on that long.
This will be the biggest I told you so of modern history.
Ukraine doesn't have the bodies to throw at this and no amount of money can fix that.

I can only reference Trump from his actions.
Even though I don't care for him, I don't see him as Putins appeasement.
He killed hundreds of Russians in Syria
He was the first president to give Ukraine lethal weapons to kill more Russians
He expelled Russian officers and oligarchs
And even shut down the Russian consulate in Washington.

I don't think Putin has the same view of Trump as you might.
Trumps a wild card putting a carrier fleet down North Koreas coastline
    Assassinating terrorist leaders
    Dropped the MOAB

    He's unpredictable.

No F-ing way. I honestly don't know what he'd do, and neither does Putin.

But what's a good outcome? Russia is definitely annexing more land unless troops are sent to the warzone. We can send weapons, but he has to fix the problems Biden refuses to address so he can get his Ukraine money. There's not a lot else that can be done at this point, because Biden put us in such a terrible position. He's coming into office with numerous problems still affecting the country: illegal immigration, inflation, risk of a recession, and less allies with critical resources. People don't want to send troops, and that doesn't just change overnight. Trump has the vast majority of veterans in his corner, so he's the guy holding the keys. Nobody is going over there for Biden.

I know I'm crying over spilt milk, but this wouldn't have happened with Trump.

Doesn’t change the underlying fact that Biden wants to help Ukraine by providing additional weapons and ammunition and Trump wants to cut off all funding and hand Ukraine to Putin on a platter.

You are speculating. What is certain is that today, Trump is working to prevent more support going to Ukraine. Trump is working to support Russian interests.

I'm not. He said he's going to end the war immediately. And how is he promoting Russian interests? Cause he thinks we should be handling other issues in addition to Ukraine. Yeah. We should. The fact is Biden is preventing support to Ukraine by not addressing the other problems. If he wasn't such a scumbag, Rs would give it to him on the promise, but they know he won't do anything after he's gotten his way. You want Ukraine to lose, keep F-ing the rest of us.

FFS Democrats TRUED to work with Republicans to address the border, but
1 Republicans are opposed to further aid to Ukraine. They want to hand Ukraine over to Putin
2 Republicans do NOT want to fix the border before the election. Republicans WANT an open border so they can use it as a campaign issue.

Republicans. Hurting America in their pursuit of power.
