    Outrage? Show me.

Now if you want to discuss outrage, then let’s discuss blm, antifa, global warming nuts, pro death abortion maniacs, tranny activists, everything is racist activists, and on and on and on.

It’s funny how we both know who we are talking about.

Yeh — it’s almost like something was leaked that forced their hand…

    What ever happened with that?

Yup, trying to overturn elections by taking a candidate off the table through illegal efforts is so much better.:applause:

The hypocrisy is so thick you could cut it with a knife.

if helping the GOP was their main goal, do you actually think that decision did that? IIRC it has never been determined but it was helpful to the democrats.

It wasn’t helpful to the Democrats, or the country for that matter. At least not in my opinion — forcing you g children to have children, allowing rapists to choose who has their child, allowing states to ban emergency abortions when the life of the mother is at stake.

I have read more than one theory showing one of the right wingers were waffling and so it was “leaked” to keep them in line. Because that was the goal of these manipulated seats — impose this doctrine on the US.

But I guess that’s all one sees when politics becomes a sport and not doing what’s best for others.

It was a 6-3 decision. For those keep score, a 5-4 decision changes nothing. But that’s a really cool conspiracy theory you’ve got there. Too bad it doesn’t make any sense whatsoever.

You mean one of the most consequential ruling of the newly stacked courts just happened to have their ruling leaked right before… it’s not a conspiracy.

    It was set up

That’s TBD. It certainly should. Seems ridiculous you couldn’t be a senator if you were an insurrectionist, but could instead be president? lol it’s laughable to think they didn’t think it apples to the president when written.

Hopefully they nip this ballot exclusion nonsense in the butt, but I also expect them not to buy the presidential immunity nonsense either.

I have given a lot of thought to this analysis and, through rigorous investigation, discovered that the primaries occur BEFORE the general election and, as this Colorado (and Maine and Illinois) issue deals with primaries and not just the general election, it HAD to come first.

I didn't say the draft opinion wasn't leaked. I said your conspiracy theory about a conservative justice leaking it to "keep one justice in line" doesn't make sense since it would not have changed anything. But, noted that you're introducing a straw man fallacy to divert attention away from what you previously said.

it's amusing, when FDR threatened to pack the court and the court groveled before him and ignored over 100 years of precedent, lefties never complained.

well then, guess Obama could run again, and if Republican say he doesn't qualify because he did two terms already, we say republicans are trying to take the lefts candidate off the table

So many straw men being introduced. I think this means there was a flawless victory against the insurrectionists. They are utterly incapable of using reason to defend their position so we are getting all these wild and inane posts. The Constitution are case law are clear on these issues. Just because you failed at one insurrection attempt doesn't give you lateral to try another. But your new insurrection idea to justify your prior insurrection attempt is noted.

It's just a complete and total breakdown of logic and reason. They can't let go of their insurrections.

I wasn’t alive when he was so I don’t know what you think you are proving. If you have to go back 50 or 60 years to justify what your side is doing that’s on you.

I do agree we need more judges though, one for each court of appeals. But it doesn’t need to be done in a hyper partisan manner where the private think tanks choose them like the last half dozen elected by republicans

for decades, the left loved federal courts that created quasi-laws by judicial fiat. now that the court is reigning in government power, the left is upset

There's nothing 'imperial' about this. Congress failed to convict Trump on insurrection(on the account of him being a private citizen and tossing it to the DOJ) and the DOJ failed to even so much as charge him with insurrection.

You're going to have to campaign against and defeat Donald Trump. Don't you believe in the democratic process?
