Putin threatens West with nuclear weapons if troops come to Ukraine

The massive military contracts to refill our stock goes into many of the lefts and rights pockets. War hawks don't care if there is a win is even possible. Actually, a perpetual draw is ideal for making money. Merely how many weapons can we get into the hands of our proxies to kill each other is their win!

 

You do realize that Russia has held and dug in, the areas they deem as Russian territory. Ukraine has not been able to put a dent, at the expense of thousands of Ukrainian and Russian lives.

 

That's not entirely true but, it's Russia that is more vulnerable to a war of attrition. Putin is facing a strong head wind at home trying to keep his army supplied and maned. True, it's been a costly war ... THAT RUSSIA STARTED. Putin thought he was picking on a weakling that would fold at the first punch, he couldn't have been more wrong. Ukraine is resolved to stay in the fight until they win.

That's true, in fact a recording of the phone conversation at the time is now in
the public domain, as Victoria Nuland stated we would remove the existing
government and named who the next President would be, it's amazing how
she knew in advance who would win the 'election'.

The 'regime change' was done in Feb 2014 and the total cost of the covert
operation was around 5 billion dollars. It included the cost of entertainment
during the demonstrations, fireworks and snipers.

 

In 2022 Biden said: "The Russian military has begun a brutal assault on the people of Ukraine without provocation, without justification, without necessity."

That was about the same as was said at the start of the Vietnam War, when a similar
series of events, the CIA covert operations had attacked a coastal radar station and
some Vietnamese gunboats responded.

The US resolution passed by both houses of Congress stated:

'Begun and held at the City of Washington on Tuesday, the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-four

To promote the maintenance of international peace and security in southeast Asia.

Whereas naval units of the Communist regime in Vietnam, in violation of the principles of the Charter of the United Nations and of international law, have deliberately and repeatedly attacked United States naval vessels lawfully present in international waters, and have thereby created a serious threat to international peace; and

As usual the US tried to bring peace to an area where there was no war, and needed a huge tonnage of B-52 bombs to achieve, or not achieve it. And defense of freedom.

 

It's NOT exactly the same and Ukraine is NOT Southeast Asia.

Other than that the two instances are ...

Very similar -
in both cases the CIA covert operations initiated the conflicts
though in Vietnam the war was easier to start.

In Vietnam the CIA ran a few months of cross border raids
and on Aug 2 1964 after firing 3 inch recoilless rifles at a
coastal radar station, one bullet hit a panel on the USS
Maddox, and that was all the evidence needed to start
the Vietnam War:

 

1 bullet led to 3 million dead Vietnamese.

In the case of Ukraine, again it was the CIA, directed by Victoria Nuland
Assistant Secretary of State, who kicked it off by removing the elected
President and cabinet of Ukraine, and getting her own choice of people
installed.

Steadily over the years shells kept arriving, 3 or 4 a day fired into
Donetsk, and neo Nazi paramilitary gunmen killed Russian-speaking
people in Donetsk and Luhansk and finally after Joe Biden got
300 million dollars in ammunition and weapons sent over to Kyiv
and the bombardment increased a lot, Feb 19th was a day of heavy
bombardment, and then on Feb 24th Vladmir Putin made good on his
promise to protect the population and he gradually moved armored
vehicles, field guns and soldiers in.

 

Yessir, 20+ years of undeclared wars all over the globe is peace, in yours and the Pentagon's collective tortured minds. Up is down and the sky is green and grass is blue. Got it!

 

Sorry, that ain't gonna happen. Numerous elected and appointed officials have committed perjury before Congress and on video record. Mike Pompeo cheerfully proclaimed that his agency lies, cheats and steals. All of Congress in formation urinated on the Fourth Amendment and the rest of the USC by way of the USA Patriot Act and other illegitimate legislative actions.

Nobody has been punished for that. Many get great reviews in their personnel files, many have been promoted. Consider Anthony Fauci and Fizer. Ain't gonna happen sir.
