A Fulton County judge ruled District Attorney Fani Willis can stay on and prosecute the Georgia 2020 election interference racketeering case against former President Donald Trump and 14 of his co-defendants.

The Trump team's goal wasn't necessarily to remove Willis from the case, but to buy time.

    Trump can't run.

One thing the OP leaves out (LOL) is that either the special prosecutor or Fani has to step down. I bet they both end up stepping down and this is a background agreement with the judge to save Fani a bit of face.

    Basically, it works like this:
Two people rob a bank. The judge lets them decide which one gets charged.
This is corruption celebrated in plain view.

I still think both will step down. I think this was done so they could save a bit of face like " we choose to step down" instead of being forced. Who knows, could be completely wrong!

You don't know anything about the case.

You only comment because you don't like the decision.

2024 is going to be a very difficult year for MAGA because you think a criminal is going to win against US justice.

It doesnt matter if the Special Prosecutor steps down. Big Whoop! :bored:
The MAIN thing is that Willis stays on the case and isn't disqualified.
    Also, totally LMAO at this:
"I bet they both end up stepping down"
^Dream on! Fani is definitely staying....

As opposed to the corruption displayed by Trump when he tried to get the Georgia SoS to find him more votes so he could win the state. Be nice if the Trump folks weren't so selective in their outrage, but that's MAGA for ya.

LOL we will certainly find out. Something tells me after Trump wins in November all of the democrat political theater taking place right now won't mean anything. Lucky for us we will find out.

Ironically, I honestly think this HELPS the Trump defense team. It's been proven that Fani Willis lied, so this will now be Trumps defense teams argument going forward. Fani should had turned over the reins to another, as I think the judge just gave Trump another victory.

Funny, how McAffee was hero in Trump world when he threw out four of the charges against Trump, and now he is the devil, because he didn't remove Willis from the case. MAGA can never make up their mind.

In any case, I think Willis should recuse herself from the case. She has already done enough damage.

It's no secret that the MAGA crowd has no standards for conduct, morality, or following the law so I highly doubt there are very many Democrats who expect a different result.

That's true, partisanship is plentiful. Both Biden and Trump should be held responsible for their wrongdoing. Can you agree to the same?

Just a coincidence the Big Fani Willis ruling was assigned to a judge who used to work for Big Fani Willis. Nothing to see here. Thank goodness we have Jordan protecting our backs..

That’s fair. Who Fani was ****ing has nothing to do with the seditious crimes trump committed, and the notion that the case would be dismissed was ridiculous.
Taking her boyfriend off the case is fine with me. We don’t need more distractions and time wasting. The voters deserve to know the if trump is a crook, a traitor, a sexual predator and a thief before they vote for potus.

Can someone, ANYONE, please explain the conflict of interest here, and how it in any way effects or biases the prosecution of Trump.....

    Serious question.....
