Fake news. Once again, Democrats have taken a clip of a speech out of context and edited it for their narrative. Trump spoke of an economic “bloodbath” in reference to the car industry. He was talking about the effect of China manufacturing and selling cars built in Mexico. Just another lie brought to you by the Democratic Party.

I did go back and watch a video of his remarks so I know these statements are nonsense and propaganda. In fact, watching Meet the Press this morning, this is the version that host Kristen Welker presented. The "defense" was Senator Cassidy, an anti-Trump Republican who clearly never saw the video in context (nor likely did Welker, although even if she had it wouldn't matter, it's not her job to do news, merely propaganda).

So the thing is to your query/defense, it would be impossible for the "RW" to spread anti-Biden propaganda because they would never be able to get their propaganda into the headlines of multiple mainstream news outlets and have the host of a major national affairs show present it as fact.

Bloodbath aside, Trump’s notion of imposing a 100% tariff on imported cars is very typical of the fifth grade level over simplistic notions he likes to make up and insert into his monologues.

They’re all meaningless, as he makes them up as he goes along.

All this idiotic notion would do is double the price of new cars.
