    CNN —

Former President Donald Trump is on the verge of a multi-billion dollar windfall at a time when he’s facing immense financial and legal pressure.

Trump Media & Technology Group, the owner of Trump’s struggling social media platform Truth Social, is on the cusp of going public as soon as next week following years of legal and regulatory obstacles.

If shareholders vote on Friday to approve Trump Media’s merger with a blank-check company, Trump will own a dominant stake in a public company, with shares worth more than $3 billion at current market prices.

Genius billionaire playboy strikes again. No matter how much **** liberals throw at the man, he just marches forward as Teflon Don. While it won't help with the current cash crunch, I think it will allow him to buy back anything that the NY AG trys to steal from him.

One thing is certain, rich people certainly live in a different world than us peasants.

Highlighted in red: LOL! Were you trying to see how many gross exaggerations you could fit into a 5 word sentence?
Highlighted in blue: Yes, they do to some extent. A trip down the West coast of Florida near Sarasota a few years ago was eye opening to me. All those multi million dollar properties, how can so many people afford to live like that? Although the worlds do coincide more often than what it seems, the uber wealthy do live a different life than us regular folk. I'm fine with that, though. My family lives well enough to be more than just comfortable. I can say this with confidence though: money definitely does not buy happiness, but it sure can make being unhappy more fun!

That’s based on the current valuation. Everything I’ve read says it is WAY overpriced. In order for him to get that money out, he would have to sell, which would tank the price. And he is locked in for months.

So maybe 3 billion on paper. Only a small fraction of that in reality.

    ;)

I agree with all of that. Rich help their rich friends stay rich, and money does not buy happiness but agreed... makes it a bit more fun lol.
