I see. And what is the 'truth'? That Ukraine attacked itself?

Since this happened in Russia, not once has the media called the weapons they used "assault rifles".

I guess you have read all the "media".

The attackers did use assault weapons, just FYI.

This is a funny way of saying, "You've never said anything as abhorrent as I have been saying, but I don't know what else to say, so I'll make up stuff."

Reports coming in stating that ISIS has uploaded video of the attack (In progress) on a Telegram channel reconfirming at the same time that they were the ones responsible for launching it.

Apparently there may be a unit of Romanian special ops called "Getica" embedded with the RDK/FRL fighting in Belgorod.

I'd say courting a country's neighbors, for years, with hopes of joining a military alliance, whose focus is said country, is quite aggressive.

I'd also say invading a country's primary allies is quite aggressive. The US attacked Russia's ally first, remember? Syria was before Ukraine...

so you are trying to justify Russian banditry with that? Now why would the US attack Syria? ARE you talking about the intervention in the Syrian civil war in 2014 to fight ISIS? are you claiming ISIS and Putin were allies?

 Obama/Biden/Clinton/CIA armed and funded the terrorists that later became known as 'ISIS'. They created ISIS.

Indeed. But those that rely on "social media " for their information..........are found to be seriously lacking.
Putin is blaming Ukraine. No surprise.

While Russia is using faked videos to blame Ukraine, ISIS-K releases footage of the attack. Over 130 dead Russians and the very first thing Putin does is lie about it to support his invasion of Ukraine. He doesn't care about these poeple, just how he can use their deaths.

Only the sickest of people could support this regime.

Sorry. You are getting an "F" for your efforts at 'appeal to emotion'. Feel free to pour out your tears for the victims, but leave me out of it.

Its interesting ISIS-K considers Russia as their #1 enemy. I wonder why.

Yes, but they do support the regime.

I would deflect too if I got called out for saying innocent civilians "got a taste of their own medicine" when they were slaughtered by terrorists. But I and the vast majority of people in the world would have never said such an absolutely abhorrent thing to be put in such a position that I would need to deflect.

How many bleeding heart posts are you going to make about me? I get it you are trying to trigger some kind of reaction, but its not working.

How about you post a picture of yourself on your knees praying for the victims so we can all see how deeply you feel about it.

Russia is trying to politicize the attack and blame Ukraine for it, and that should show you who you support.

I'm not trying to trigger you. I'm just responding directly to your replies. That's kind of the point of this website.

    Absurd response.

You're complaining about Russia "politicizing" the attack in a thread you made to do that same thing? And your opening sentence is that the innocent Russian civilians "got a taste of their own medicine." I'm sure that's worse than anything you're accusing Russia of. Speaking of "showing who you support," what do you think it shows you support when you respond to a terrorist group slaughtering innocent people by supporting it while saying, "they got a taste of their own medicine."

Did you get a chance to post the picture?

You are pro-Russia so you have a hard time admitting that murder IS Russian medicine. Rape, torture and murder is Russian medicine, and they mete it out on daily bases and you condone it. Only now that Russians get a taste of the same, you come here to pour out your crocodile tears. So, post a picture of yourself on your knees praying for Russia. No need to pray for Ukrainian civilians killed by Russians, just pray for your comrades.

Sorry, but Russia is a criminal enterprise, and Putin is their leader, and as long as their citizens support the regime, they are part of the war they started. And yes, people get killed in wars, and a heck of a lot more than 133 have been slaughtered by your Russian buddies, than died in Moscow.

You support Russia, and I support Ukraine.

You're deflecting to make up your opinion of my position because you've painted yourself into a corner. I'm anti-terrorism against any and all innocent civilians. I'm also anti-Putin and the majority of what Russia has been standing for. However, I will never celebrate the slaughter of innocent Russians. I can separate the two. Some members of the Russian military doing something does not mean it is justified to support it being done to Russian civilians. You're making the fatal fallacy of taking the behaviors of some and applying it to the whole in order to justify abhorrent views. It doesn't justify it. We all know it is unjustifiable. I suspect even you know that, but when people are looking to find a scapegoat to promote terrorism they'll often convince themselves of something to help bypass cognitive dissonance.

I'm not crying. I'm just telling you that your opening sentence of this thread about innocent slaughtered Russian civilians getting a taste of their own medicine is disgusting. And rather than retract, which most people would do for moral reasons, you're making false assumptions about my views while doubling down on a completely indefensible position. I didn't come here to defend Russia's actions in Ukraine. I came here to call out a repulsive position taken to begin discussion on this topic.

When I joined this forum the invasion had already begun and I did a lot of debating elsewhere on this topic. You'll notice that when Hamas attacked Israel I was active for a short period and then I mostly stopped. I generally don't even read the threads anymore. At some point people are going to be dug in and there's no use in debating any longer.

The topic of this thread is effectively unrelated to the war. It is about an outside terrorist group slaughtering innocent civilians. That's why your opening post is disgusting. Innocent people were targeted and killed. These were not members of the military or a military site. Effectively supporting terrorism against a nation you oppose is not a moral perspective.

Lies. And again, supporting terrorism against Russian civilians is not supporting Ukraine. This is a huge fallacy in your position. You can pretend it is, but it's not.
