This man doesn't have the faintest idea what the Easter message is about. Yet, the "Christian" right cheers him on. Books will be written about how they sold their principles for the charlatan.

What does your non-professional non-diagnosed opinion on trump being a sociopath have ANYTHING to do with our discussion?

And btw it's completely LAUGHABLE that you want to accuse us of groupthink when you didn't even ****ing know he had been denied a jury by that corrupt judge. You have your head shoved so far up the democrat party ass that you didn't even REALIZE he got ****ed. And now that you do, you don't even care lol

See what you're doing is regurgitating the media bullshit that they've been feeding you about how he got a fair trial and a fair judgment and a fair judge and you've just deepthroated it like they were your boyfriend. And you accuse US of group think?!?! Bahahahah

Here let me give you ANOTHER example of your groupthink. You've swallowed hook, line and sinker this idea that we all just follow Trump no matter what he says and his supporters will vote for him no matter what. But the reality is, he has GROWN his support in nearly every single category including homosexuals, blacks, Latinos, suburban whites, etc etc

But here you are regurgitating some bs you heard on msnbc

The palm beach county assessor bases his assesssments on TAX value. Are you ****ing serious right now? Lol the county assessor doesn't make assessments on market value.

Please educate yourself so I don't have to continue to do it.

'Engoron asked the media to stop attributing the $18 million figure to him.

"Please, press, stop saying that I valued it at $18 million," he said in court Oct. 2. "That was a tax assessment. Or, something in that range."'

    https://www.politifact.com/factchec...rk-officials-didnt-value-mar-a-lago-at-18-mi/

    Did you wanna try again?

Here's another piece of info for you.

"When contacted for comment, a Davis spokesperson said, "To say that Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million is bonkers. There is currently a 2.3 acre lot for sale in Palm Beach for $200 million. It's an empty lot. Mar-a-Lago, on the other hand, is 20 acres and is a historic property with more than 37,000 sq(uare) feet." "

The idea mar a lago is only worth a few hundred million is absolutely preposterous

No he didn't lol he handed over power peacefully exactly like he was supposed to do. If he wanted to stay in power unconstitutionally he would have engaged martial law and suspended elections.

Which is what the buffoon can do with each of these charges!! If he’s got the “facts”, he will have every opportunity to present them at trial! But no…and why? Because he knows he’s guilty! Even in Florida, where he has a ‘paid-for’ judge and likely a more sympathetic jury, what does he do…? Delay, delay, delay…!

That's simply not true. You CANNOT defend yourself when the prosecution is corrupt. And anyone who tries is a complete and utter moron

NEW: Yes, Trump got his bond in the civil fraud case reduced to $175 million. But guess what? The court denied his motion to stay the provision of the judgment forbidding him from borrowing from financial institutions registered or chartered in NY state. 1/

That matters because his legal team previously told a judge on the panel that staying that provision was integral to his ability to obtain a bond. And without a stay of that provision, will Trump have to post his own cash within the next 10 days? Watch this space. 2/

No, im claiming he difference between the tax value and his BS “its a worth a BILLION” is where I draw the line, as did the judge in this case. NOBODY with any real real-estate sense would pay that for Mar-a-Largo”. Therefore, if the loans went south, and Trump didnt pay them, the Banks would loose MILLIONS….THATS ILLEGAL…

If New Yawk gets any money from Trump over any of this crap, it will be straight up theft.

I would like to take the opportunity to make a slight correction to my post #175. Apparently, it was late and I must have made a slight error in my amortization calculation. The Fantasy Land amortization above would have arrived at total interest paid over the 40 months the loan was active of $9,772,183.93 Half of this paid by Trump during the loan repayment. So even at this Fantasy Land interest rate, the total amount of damages would be $4,886,091.97. Under $4.9 million. Slightly more in Trump's favor than I stated in #175.

I would also like to add a 7th Issue. Even though Trump's team included a disclaimer in their response, the judge ruled against Trump as if it didn't exist? Even if the entire trial was a picture of perfection (it wasn't) how does one get around the disclaimer, even if you erroneously place the fiduciary burden on the applicant? This does not appertain to procedure, but rather judgement itself. Just a BAD ruling highly suspect of bias highly likely to result in appellate correction.

Does the vacant lot have the same types of restrictions on it as MAL?

Land use and zoning can have a major impact on value.

Sure they do. But the idea that the land use restrictions would drop his property value by approximately 95% is preposterous and you full well know that

furthermore the 18,000,000 valuation was that tax valuation or market value? And if it was tax value I challenge you to name ONE person who has EVER represented their property at taxable value when they go to sell it or get a loan if they weren't in foreclosure.

When he decided not to pursue Hillary's servers or any witch hunts for that matter. I could give many more examples but that would take all day. Cheers!

Yes…and what has been overlooked by many is that the appeals court has left in place the extended powers of the Monitor, as decreed by Judge Angoron. Those assets aren’t going anywhere…

Rubbish. Even if you are suspicious of the prosecuting attorneys, he is still represented in court by his own lawyers. And, in the case in Florida, he has his pet judge looking after his interests. So, if he is as innocent as he claims, why would he not rush that case to be heard as quickly as possible to restore his ‘name’…?

    The answer is obvious…

If she was his "pet judge" then why did she rule against him twice in one week in late Feb early March?

Ah, but were they really ‘against’ him…? Or are you now trying to convince us that Aileen Cannon is part of the ‘conspiracy’ as well…???

    HUH, their documented FACTS.

Investors all got left holding the bag, While Trump walked away with Millions because he paid himself from that company, even when it was losing money”.

    https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2013-154

So when those who invested with Trump, lost money, which they always do and he makes money, what was that loss? Trump Casinos anyone…Bueller…Bueller…

It’s a law for a reason. Ever notice that those who invest with Trump loose, and he always comes out shining like a newly minted coin ? Now, IF Trump was unable to pay those loans (Trump Casinos anyone…) what do you think happens to the bank ? OH YEAH, they increase their rates for real borrowers to make that money back. You understand that our monitory supply is not infinite…right ?

What rule/law was “subverted” here ?

This is where I seriously struggle. The fact that ANYONE, who has the basic ability to read, and who can read any amount of the history of Donald Trump would claim anything about the man virtuous.

I have never said 18m was an appropriate number, tax appraisals are notoriously low
But I also don’t believe trumps valuation
